“Hello everyone, So I had a route a few days ago and when I arrived the station was closed. I checked in but couldn’t scan my license because there was no one there. I called support, they said to wait for half an hour. So I did. I walked around, all the doors were closed and no one showed up. “I used to do flex here in San Antonio several years back, and was just onboarded again a few days ago. Shouldn’t I be able to able to see and filter out all the stations here in my area? I can only see SATE in my filters and support isn’t helpful at all. “So like, we have the new NFC scanners at our station, they are outside the building by the walk track into the building. There is a storm, station is closed and the scanners are not working.
