“My moms case was denied today after everything else was approved (i-130,i-765,and PIP). She has one arrest on her record. Has anyone else dealt with something similar? Any advice? Is she cooked ?! Thanks in advance”

“Dear All, applied N400 in Jan 2026. Still waiting for interview. After going through a few messages here, now I remember getting 12 months driving probation way back in 2009. I did not mention that in the application. Is there anyway I can still add this information to my…”

The court dates keep getting rescheduled. Any advice if it will affect my process? Should i just pay for the tickets and plead guilty, deal with the points, or try to move the court earlier and resolve it that way? submitted by /u/denza923 [link] [comments]”

“On the question 22 page 14 of I-485, do I need to say yes if I had a speeding ticket but it was later dismissed? Or can I answer NO because it was dismissed? Thank you submitted by /u/Icy_Name_8841 [link] [comments]”

“Should I have mentioned this in the question #15.a? My only evidence for this is the DMV from Arkansas stating that I don't have any speeding violations on record now. I'm worried that it might mess up my application. Thank you. submitted by /u/Dissolution_Wave [link] [comments]”

“Anyone ever experienced this? I had traffic violations from being pulled over in January 2023. In late 2025 I started doordashing. Obviously those violations showed up on my first background check but did not disqualify me from working for the company. Last week was my 1 year of driving, so they did a new check, and when I went to log in today, my account was locked. I sent an email to appeal it but haven't heard anything back. Anyone ever had this happen? Am I screwed? submitted by &#”

“Hi. I have a question, I just submitted my application and I forgot to include my traffic citation. Is there any way I can still edit or add it on my application? Thank you in advance :) submitted by /u/ProposalExtension140 [link] [comments]”

“Has anyone here applied and had prior traffic citations? My spouse who we are applying for AOS was pulled over in 2022 and cited for six minor traffic violations but was only officially charged with one. I have proof that everything was paid for and settled as well as the dispositions and outcomes as well as a clean DMV record. I’m just wondering if we are good to continue applying on our own or if an attorney is recommended. submitted by /u/ActualAd3638 [link] [comments]”

“My mom's naturalization application was denied on the grounds of good moral character. She had reported her two traffic tickets in the N-400 application. Both of these were paid on time. In the denial letter, they stated that she has unpaid traffic tickets from 2010 and 2011. She did, however, pay them on time but did not have payment records for proof of payment. The traffic incidents were red light and stop sign violations. She had a copy of her lifetime DMV records that lists the two tick”
