After interning a whole freaking year at a company earning less than minimum wage (legal since its an internship), interviewed for a temporary contract position at another department same company, then a month later i get the most generic rejection email. “After four rounds of interviews,including a behavioral interview, a clinical interview, and even an IT test to verify that I was actually located where I said I was, I finally made it to the last interview with a panel of four people. During that final interview, I was told what a strong candidate I was. “I’m expecting a rejection email from my current workplace for me is a vertical move. This would be the second time I would not gotten the job in the company.
