“Stupid way to choose a career. Went to college for architecture, and quickly learned I didn't like it. Was in a night class where each design majors introduced themselves. The planners were the only ones who seemed happy, and said if you like SimCity, you would like planning. Went home for Thanksgiving break and bought SimCity. “I'm in MDE. The program is a joke and nearly all of the instructors are architects. Very few of them are actual professors. I also have friends that are currently in Berkeley Mdes and also some friends that are recent graduates of that program and they also said that Berkeley Mdes is a joke. So you just have to decide how funny of a joke would you like to be. MDE does not prepare you for anything unless you already have prior experience or unless you're able to”
