“[GitHub] ★★★ 3/5 (v1.262.0) — Very limited capabilities. No way to view images or interact with anything. Can't clone repos or download individual files.”
“[GitHub] ★ 1/5 (v1.255.0) — I spent 10 minutes, looking around to add a new repository on this app and cannot find it. AI suggested that I clicked the plus button under my profile but it does not suggest. You have one job and it doesn’t work. Fix this!”
“[Linear] ★ 1/5 (v1.55.0) — The desktop and web Linear experiences are good, but the iOS app is not. Instead of inline editing of issue text that syncs automatically, editing an issue requires opening a separate dialogue, and the results are not saved until you upload it. I’ve…”

“[Linear] ★ 1/5 (v1.78.0) — The app is missing so much functionality. Even things as basic as grouping by Label on Views. This is all possible on the web app even on mobile, but not the iOS app…”

“[GitHub] ★★★ 3/5 (v1.262.0) — The app is fine and works well, but suddenly I started getting an alert dialog saying “You were signed out” and it logs me out, and if sign in again it logs me and then after some seconds it shows me the alert again, and repeat…. So it is a loop of logging in and out, but on the web it works absolutely fine. Hope it gets fixed soon.”

“[GitHub] ★ 1/5 (v1.246.1) — Views are too simplistic compared to mobile web. Having to wait multiple seconds for a PR to load (longer than mobile web) even after you just opened it and having to then tap into each PR comment individually is ridiculous. It’s 2026 GitHub, do better.”
“[GitHub] ★ 1/5 (v1.244.1) — Disappointed. Should be able to add/remove contributors and team members in the GitHub iOS App.”
“[Linear] ★ 1/5 (v1.55.0) — The desktop and web Linear experiences are good, but the iOS app is not. Instead of inline editing of issue text that syncs automatically, editing an issue requires opening a separate dialogue, and the results are not saved until you upload it. I’ve lost so much data because of this, especially when I have a spotty connection, like on the subway, or when navigating away and reopening the app. Sometimes the upload button just times out, and you have to pray that your wo”
