“Hi guys, I have a 2005 Honda Accord 2.4L with 135,000 miles. Whenever I do a cold start, the engine makes a severe rattling/grinding noise that lasts for about 3 to 4 seconds. Once the engine is hot, it never does it again, and the car runs perfectly. There are no check engine lights and no visible oil leaks.
