It'll keep the same comments section for multiple shorts in a row, but the listed number of comments will change. When this happens, it also removes all of the UI from the short itself. “Anyone who is having this issue on newer iOS versions than iOS 15 are on an outdated version of the app and need to update their YouTube app. I have devices on many different iOS versions and updating the app fixes the issue…however it’s not possible on some iPhones as they are stuck on iOS 15…you need an iPhone 8 or later to run iOS 16 and therefore the latest version of YouTube.”

“Why is it that YouTube (Google) make it nearly impossible to find your previous comment (that aren't relied to). The same goes for reporting something and trying to see the outcome. It takes a college degree, 45 mins and going thru 4 seperate never ending menus to actually find the outcome, just to see that the 15 or so channels you've reported that plainly show animal abuse, softcore child porn and or just straight porn, were marked as meets guidelines and are still active after months”
