Users are experiencing significant difficulties in saving, exporting, and reliably accessing their ChatGPT conversation history. “I am running into a rather difficult Chat GPT problem. For some reason when I log in, I am completely unable to scroll on chats and it keeps loading previous messages in my longer chats. This happens on different browsers, computers, and I've cleared my cache. Though my phone app works fine. Does anyone know how I may fix this? “Problem The chat UI has no way to start a fresh conversation every message keeps appending to the same thread indefinitely, with no "New chat" action and no way to browse past conversations. There's also no cap on how much prior conversation is fed back into the agent as context on each turn. “When a chat section in the Agents window has no chats, its current empty state is a non interactive row labeled "No chats". Instead, make the empty state row actionable and label it "+ New chat" so users can start a chat directly from the section. There is already a "New" button immediately above the section, so the design should avoid redundant controls. One option is to collapse chat sections by default when they are empty; expanding an empty section could then expose the "+ New chat" action.”
