Of course I got it removed. I’m annoyed that even happened though. I also got docked for a missing package that I never had and have still never found 🤨 submitted by /u/Intrepid-Landscape90 [link] [comments]

I just finished my second ever route, and my last stop I had a missing package. No idea what happened. I'm a pretty organized person; and it wasn't a particularly huge route. Only thing I can think of is I somehow gave it to someone else on the route? Although I am 98.5% sure I didn't. Or my tailgate was open for like 30 seconds in a big apartment complex and someone grabbed it? How screwed am I? I contacted support right away and tried to explain what was up submitted by

Not sure what to do. Support has been completely useless. For the past month I’ve been sent to downtown and all packages are either delivered to front desk or a mailroom yet customers are saying they don’t receive there package? I know I deliver everything to the correct location and I haven’t even returned any packages so not sure why it’s saying I didn’t complete my route. I’m not trying to lose my account so would really like some advice on what to do or how I can successfully dispute these d

I called Support and they dismissed me. I waited until got the ldischarge” screen on my app before leaving the warehouse. Now I got this email 2 days later. Why? submitted by /u/New-Tumbleweed- [link] [comments]

r/AmazonFlexDrivers2d ago

After 7 email appeals and 4 phone conversations they say it’s not my fault but they are keeping on my account anyway, any tips on getting this removed??? submitted by /u/TommyTwoZookas [link] [comments]

I don’t think I’ve ever worked with support worse than Amazon flex. I had one package I was unable to deliver because a power pole was down and police and fire had the entire block taped off. I called support and explained. He said he’d mark it as undeliverable due to weather. I explained it wasn’t due to weather and someone will audit this and say bullshit and I’ll get dinged. He swore it was fine… lo and behold 3 days later it pops up as a ding. Do you think this is even worth fighting?

r/AmazonFlexDrivers2d ago

Hey yall so my 4 late deliveries was due to Amazon giving me a route with packages that was been due before my pick up time. ! The 1 late package I’ll take because it was rush hour and i was in traffic. The 16 undelivered packages was due to it flooding which I’m sure they’re aware off and if they weren’t i reached out to driver support and they’re the ones who told em to mark it unable to deliver due to weather! I’ve continuously wrote them and they keep telling me they are standing firm on kee

Hey guys. After 2 years and 20.000 Flex deliveries I got my first traffic ticket at Downtown Los Angeles while delivering. I was stopped by a red traffic light, I was next to the building that I supposed to deliver and got my cellphone to confirm what street I should turn, the one that I was or next one.. When I got the cellphone the cops turned his lights. I explained to him, showed my app and my vest but he didn’t care and fined me. He also put (Doing amazon) on my ticket paper. My question is

The farthest north this station covers is usually Titusville. Got hit with this nonsense. 70 miles + the actual route😂. submitted by /u/Ultrachamo [link] [comments]

Just had 4.. FOUR missing packages on one route. No way they can count this against me right? What’s the most you’ve had missing in one route submitted by /u/Jerbpul [link] [comments]

r/AmazonFlexDrivers13d ago

So on the 4th I had 4-5 packages that didn’t fit in my car. I went back to get them scanned out but they closed the station. I wrote a note and taped it to a package then took pics of the closed station. (Took a pic of the cart with the packages and note along with closed station doors) I got 5 incomplete packages on my standings. I wrote an email and send a pic to go with it. 2 mins later I get this email: submitted by /u/LeatherAd12 [link] [comments]

So last night before my last delivery my car broke down. Warehouse wants me to take the package back today and have no ride. Support is useless. submitted by /u/ImFame [link] [comments]

r/AmazonFlexDrivers13d ago

How hard is it to write a email script to filter by region and then email those drivers that the warehouse you pick up from is closed for the holiday? You would think a billion dollar company could. So many drivers arriving at warehouses early this morning July 5th where all doors were closed and not an employee in site. The unprofessionalism of this company sometimes is off the chain. This should be a lesson to those that think Amazon values its flex drivers. submitted by /u/Short_S

r/AmazonFlexDrivers15d ago

Well the traffic coniditions won't really matter in my case. It's a small town so I will just park the car somewhere and walk :)

I’m not sure why this is on my account but I have completed every single delivery since working for flex. Do they just randomly try to screw people or what? submitted by /u/Unable_Sand5634 [link] [comments]

Watched a guy unload an entire route into the return bins today. I’ve seen TikToks claiming this is a “hack” for free money. What does Amazon actually do if you return the whole route? submitted by /u/Aggressive-Ad1085 [link] [comments]

r/AmazonFlexDrivers17d ago

I had a stop today where 5 packages were delivered to the same address, just different delivery instructions or something; I don't know. They were all addressed to the same person but the app made me select it in different groups and take a new picture each time, but that's not what annoyed me, I've seen this before. Somehow, one of the "groups" got skipped or missed or whatever. It made it "delivered with exceptions" and one of the packages was marked missing eve

Hey everyone I had an issue with a route and could not deliver packages called support was told It wouldn’t go against my standing and been stuck at risk for about 3 weeks. I have done about 9 route since then with no change in standing. Does the flex support email even work anymore I just get the same message every time submitted by /u/Technical_Economy_48 [link] [comments]

I'm new to flex. What station avoids downtown? I have only done two assignments. One was great! It was so easy, avoided downtown and the city. The second one was miserable. Every package was pitt university campus. There is no parking. I finally found a spot. It was pay to park. I risked it and didn't pay. Had no idea what building or mail room I was actually delivering to. The app had me basically getting like 6+ packages at a time, delivering to some random dorm, then repeating. I want

Checked in and scanned DL within policy and got the unicorn no more routes message. But somehow it’s my fault for the warehouse not having delivery carts ready to assign…🤔 submitted by /u/PhxianRaider [link] [comments]

My car was stolen at 7:00 am this morning while I put a package on the porch and took the picture. It literally all happened in 10 seconds. A car pulled up next to mine, the passenger jumped out and got into my car, and then they both drove away. I was 15 feet away. It was crazy. submitted by /u/Impressive_Olive_110 [link] [comments]

Hello, Has anyone else been through something like this? I’m honestly getting really frustrated. I’ve already got 2 “Terms of Service – Not Picked Up” violations because of issues at the station, not because I didn’t pick up a route. The first time, a cart was assigned to me, but there was no cart. The station manager confirmed it, and I called Support right away. I still ended up with a “Not Picked Up” on my standing. The second time, I waited about 45 minutes because my cart never came out. Th

I'm new to Central Ohio and tonight was an absolute nightmare shift. First, the warehouse associates failed to provide me with TWO packages on my itinerary, little did I know because I thought they provided me with all my packages and I’m a very fresh flex driver. The. the app forced me to drive out to the middle of nowhere on unmarked country roads just to mark them missing at the customer's addresses. Meanwhile, there were dozens of those potato leafhoppers hitching a ride in my car an

Is anyone who does Amazon Flex in Modesto, CA also struggling to grab any blocks or is it just me? And when I say struggling I mean barely seeing any offers come up. Anybody else having issue with securing routes for the past 2 weeks? The routes have been posted chaotically for the past 2 weeks and some days I cant get a single route. As well as suddenly youre “late” if you dont check in 10 minutes early. For example, if a route is at 6:15 and you check in 6:10 the helpers will start yelling about how they will not give you the full 10 minutes to load up because youre late. I hope its just things being all weird because of prime week but its been super irrit

:( BTW Amazon keeps track of the last rolling 10 days and if you exceed more than 40% of blocks that are scan and go, you will get a passive aggressive email stating that you are displaying a pattern of intentionally being paid without working :( submitted by /u/Itismrwonderful [link] [comments]

Does anyone else feel like, no matter what happens, Amazon Flex always finds a way to blame the driver? No access code? Our fault. Customer isn't registered in the building? Our fault. Package arrived damaged from the station? Our fault. Return a package because there was literally no possible way to deliver it? Our standing goes down. I honestly think most of us perform miracles just to avoid returning packages. I've waited 20–30 minutes for someone to open a gate because there was no a

Houston we got a problem! i arrive ready to work and the station is closed, i contacted support before leaving, they gave me the okay TWICE (because i did call twice), chat support straight playinnnnn with me, talking about some “work evidence”… i didn’t cuss them off because its a saved/monitored chat😇 but after getting off the phone with them, i received an apology and that it will be escalated to the payment team. r/AmazonFlexDrivers20d ago

I had this 2 weeks ago and another driver had this a couple of days ago. Weirdest thing is, it’s not the agent removing the whole route it’s the system, as a different driver got assigned my route straight away with 22 packages whereas it was 23 when assigned to me. I also got a TOS hit and they won’t remove it

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 12

We are getting obliterated currently on the dsp side. All bc they tell too many people they can have their stuff on the same day. If the system actually worked then flex drivers wouldn't be needed. Standard rate is $22.25 for a branded driver depending on the dsp. Flex gets much less packages and 0 protection for their car or from dumb a$$ customers that can't put a unit number or gate code. It isn't worth it long term.

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 12

So why do they give you all these apartments early morning and the people don't even answer the gate codes!!!! Then Amazon decided to use it against me as if I was wrong bringing the packages back and driver support advised me to do that! I'm over Amazon. submitted by /u/lalahuhu89 [link] [comments]

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 11

Didn't think the route today would be this bad, let alone the fact that fulfillment center even had this as part of the map. The two Amazons I go to are either 14 or 18 mins away. So yeah definitely a sad 50min drive back lol Was slightly above base pay, but couldn't be picky since I had a bill due yesterday that I needed to pay and my regular paycheck wasn't going to hit in time (I didn't realize the road name until I uploaded it lol whoops) Edit: i was so tired I didn't rea

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 10

That why people need to decline these routes, Amazon gives Flexers the worst routes the ones DSP’s don’t want!!!

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 10

The reason there are no routes is not because of Amazon it’s because the folks are operating 3 and 4 phones loaded up with bot apps. And besides when we sign up we have to agree to the terms and conditions. And that’s why Amazon wins.

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 10

The beat advice you can get is from reading others experiences and learning. Foexers on here preach about always delivering......drivwra have left packages at gated entrances and get no ding but return to station, you always get dinged. Always deliver!!!!!! No matter what!! Hide that shot the best you can and hit them with a good location explanation and pic

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 10

I got this email today and I’ve never used a bot or program, and the Facebook Flex groups have a lot of drivers reporting the same email.

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 9

Haha they don’t even deliver here. They just scan the cart and roll it to returns. It takes a while for me to get amazon packages if not from a dsp, so i always choose the later option and have had luck getting only dsp. Eventually amazon will do something, its just funny at this point. They came here to scam gig apps and thats certainly a life choice

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 9

It’s because of bot users. They grab routes indiscriminately and drop them.

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 9

It's probably just going to be taken home by an employee at the wrong station he returned it to

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 9

You can't scan a package that isn't assigned to you (that's what an extra package means in this instance, it just got mixed into the tote bag by accident). Only a warehouse worker or flex support can add the package to your route.

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 9

This happened to me on 6/6 while in mid deliveries for the block the night before. I called support she was able to “help” me clear it up. I got photos of it all. Did 5-6 more blocks since, literally 10 minutes ago 6/8 I got an email claiming I missed all the deliveries and my standing would be affected. I’m convinced everyone in support is retarded as hell and this app is fucked, billions of dollars and can’t figure out how to fix app issues

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 9

You know the kind, the ones that have low base pay with the absurdly long miles.

r/uberdriversJun 6

Walked away from a route assignment today at .com It was 40 miles away to the 1st stop all the way up in Flint, and was for 44 packages/40 stops. I laughed and pushed the cart back in, told staff I was not accepting and to have a great day. 😊 My standing will probably drop off of "Great" but it's worth my peace of mind. It's my fault anyway for accepting $92 for 4 hrs, but I didn't *need* the money but it could help. Oh well, gonn

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 5

Hey Flexers, I’ve got a question for you: has it ever happened to you that the app assigns you a block, but the cart with the packages isn't at the station because the stupid app assigned it to another driver too? That happened to me two weeks ago; after 40 minutes, the app removed the block, and station support and managers told me I had to email support to get paid. I’ve sent several emails, but the jerks say I’m not eligible for payment because they only pay

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 5

This morning I was doing a route, and I had to return 6 packages. 4 of the packages were in one gated community and security wouldn’t let Amazon in until after 6am. (My block ended at 6am so they all would have been marked late.) the other 2 were in 2 different gated communities and they didn’t leave an access code or answer the call box. I reached out to support to have them mark them undeliverable. Will I get 6 dings on my account for this?

r/AmazonFlexDriversJun 5

this is the email I sent to Amazon driver support and they keep rejecting my earnings saying I can’t get paid cause I didn’t do the block ! I couldn’t do the block because the warehouse didn’t have my cart ready ! what should l do?? Amazon driver support sucks !!
