“I've only been doing Flex for a few weeks, so sorry for the newbie question. I've had a few routes where I've scanned in my cart (SSD) and it has automatically marked some packages as missing- they'll still show up on my itinerary but won't let me navigate to them. In a couple of these cases when I'm scanning the packages individually to number them for my route I do actually have one of the missing packages, but it won't let me navigate to the address in the app or s”

The phone recognized the locker, but when I scanned the package it just went back to the "arrived at locker" screen. I reset my phone and still nothing. We ended up there after handling marked delivered disputes manually for a while, mostly for the report trail it gives customers when usps says delivered but they're insisting otherwise. “Yeah, “geotag” was probably the wrong word on my part. I just meant the GPS/location data tied to the USPS delivery scan. From what I understand, you can’t just pull that up yourself in the business portal. You usually have to contact USPS or the local post office with the tracking number and ask where the package was actually scanned as delivered. “9/10 times when you respond with the tracking number and ‘delivered on x date’ they find it and you never have to respond back. Some folks are a disaster. Someone else grabs the mail and throws it into a room and never tells them a package came. Imagine the million scenarios. Very rarely is it someone being nefarious. “It’s thankfully very rare. I ask them to contact usps locally. A few times they’ve given reports that they’ve delivered to that door number but on a different street etc. Actual dead end cases are very uncommon so far.”
