“Bug Description On a project that hasn't ingested any events yet, dashboard tiles correctly show the fake "Sample data" placeholder chart. Opening one of those insights on its own page shows the "Sample data" tag and the wizard install snippet in the header, but the chart itself renders as a blank area. https://github.com/user attachments/assets/b310af11 1b7b 4323 841e cb7df5a336bc How to reproduce 1. Create a new project. 2. Do not send any data to that project yet. 3. Look at the dashboard vie”
“Bug Description Bug description Please describe. Annotations are inconsistent depending on the time range certain date ranges seemingly add annotations unexpectedly , some remove annotations unexpectedly, Annotations are being forced to the start or end of the month, instead of appearing on their correct dates or they are randomly placed on the line, but not relative to the date of the annotation. How to reproduce 1. Open an insight that includes one or more annotations with specific dates (e.g.”
“Bug Description Please describe. Retention insights on the dashboard are showing the incorrect event for 'returned to perform X'. These are being incorrectly set as pageview events and not reflective of what has actually been set in the insight even after refreshing data. <img width="717" height="260" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user attachments/assets/b82d844b b1b4 4d1e 8e4c 35bf599c241c" / <img width="442" height="330" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user attachments/assets/970c43c”
“Bug Description Please describe. "your tooltip (where we see the date and value) is quite unpredictable, sometimes it doesn’t show" In the support ticket (moved to PostHog: https://us.posthog.com/project/2/support/tickets/38209), check out the cleanshot video shared by the customer. The browser in the video is Opera. I was able to reproduce the same behavior in both Chrome and Vivaldi as well. How to reproduce 1. Visit this dashboard 2. Hover over multiple charts, scroll, hover over other charts”
“Bug Description Bug description When we are showing data for a date range say 1st and 2nd of August and we group that by month on a bar chart the number on the chart will be higher than the actual sum of the events on those dates. In the meantime other chart types will not suffer from this or changing the grouping to something that will show more than one period. “Bug Description Bug description Annotations show in different dates in insights/dashboards depending on the date range selected. For example: An annotation set to August 20 at 12:00AM UTC shows on August 19 if the insight is set to last 90 days Same annotation shows on August 20 if insight is set to last 30 days <img width="1200" height="1062" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user attachments/assets/0e2fd81e 9234 4d09 ad3d a3ebe225b6a1" / How to reproduce 1. “Bug Description Only on save do SQL Insights in dashboards resize correctly. It also requires clicking the Save button. If you use the E keyboard shortcut to save the insight it remains incorrectly resized. However, clicking the save button on the dashboard forces the resize correctly upon save. See gif: Image How to reproduce 1. Create a SQL insight 2. Create a dashboard 3. Add insight to dashboard 4. Edit layout 5. Make the insight large and then save 6. Make the insight smaller, note the beha”
“Bug Description Bug description Using SQL variables, sometimes they're gone from the UI and trying to create them again errors with "variable with name already exists" <img width="447" height="116" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user attachments/assets/6581c344 aaf3 40c5 8fbb 68f74eaa4ab7" / Looks like persistence can be improved. A few tips that avoid this: Create a variable in the UI, then use it in the query, and save the query as an insight. This will persist the variable in the UI. If”

“Bug Description When creating an area chart and enabling the '% of total' option, the colours overlap because they are partially transparent, causing them to bleed through to each other. Just like the stacked bar chart, when set to 100% they should stack on top of each other and not overlap. Here's how it looks now: <img width="1045" height="659" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user attachments/assets/71304e60 c185 48b8 a490 244dfd4cfc94" / See how stack bar char looks: <img width="1039" hei”
