Honestly mind-blown by how fast this started performing. Pumping out around $190 a day. Head to profile: Lag_Master12 submitted by /u/PhoneOutrageous2119 [link] [comments]

the repeatable path is usually less magic than it looks. i’ve found the real compounding comes from logging every objection and referral source, then using those patterns to tighten the offer. Pretty easy to do actually.

Congratulation.

two years of compounding distribution is no joke, thats the part most people underestimate imo

Congrats—that first payment hits different. It’s not just $16; it’s proof that a real person had a problem, found your product, and trusted it enough to pay.

r/SideProject4d ago

tbh thats exactly why i even read the whole thing, most of these threads lose me after the first paragraph

Sweet! How did you get them?

reddit.com4d ago

This is the kind of progress people underestimate. Going from 0 to 5 is probably harder than going from 5 to 10 because you’re still figuring out what actually makes someone pull out their card. I’d spend some time looking at those 5 customers now. Where did each one find you, what made them finally buy, and what problem were they trying to solve? If there’s a pattern, that’s probably where I’d double down instead of immediately trying 10 new marketing channels. And getting someone to commit to

r/SaaS4d ago

Congrats 🥳 . Now you just need to repeat-repeat-repeat it.

fr, love seeing wins like this

reddit.com5d ago

Anything for clicks is wild. My solution is situational and unless you are struggling with the exact problem I target you’re not a customer so vanity metrics like clicks and views don’t matter. Would love to see your projects.

r/SideProject5d ago

You bet. I am in the same boat, kinda. Had the first paid customer in the first 30 days and then there was a drought for a while. That forced me find and fix bugs. Lol.

r/SaaS5d ago

Lessgooo, happy for you man... those small earnings in the beginning are truly encouraging

r/SaaS6d ago

Crazy like it took you 8 months cause now you know what made you get that user and you can fasten that process

r/SaaS6d ago

Congrats on the win! That feeling of making your first online dollar never gets old, no matter the amount. Going from zero to any revenue overnight is proof of concept. Good luck with the next milestone.

r/SaaS6d ago

First of all I can feel you bro. Making something from the last four months is typically difficult to stick to and doing that consistently for months and days has been tough for you maybe but you're going to make it bro. You'll do it. The second thing is to improve. You're gonna be working for so you're gonna have to figure out what channels you're gonna distribute your product through and you're gonna have to master those channels

r/SaaS7d ago

Thank you bro! 🙏 Keep going, it only takes one customer to change everything. Hope you get your first one soon !

Wow what a killer joke

reddit.com8d ago

Today has been great. Before 4PM EST my main account sits at 3x Roas on $1500 spend. And then it spent $500 fucking bucks at 5PM. $500. Fucking. Dollars. With 0 sales. (Screenshot attached). I was wondering why and opened Reddit and saw outage complaint. Great. Thanks. Thought finally another great day and NOPE. Screenshot attached in comments. Love seeing wins on here, finally feel like I can join in. Had a PO come in this week that popped my 100k cherry (just barely). Long sales cycle for a product in the municipal space. This will be a pilot and if all goes well, should lead to another 7-800k in sales. Have already booked 7 other visits in the region due to the clout of the municipality I sold to. Commission won’t be life changing, but will definitely help with life expenses and saving up for a boat. If my fiancée is reading this, ‘

huge respect for few things: 1) building something and getting this 0-1 result 2) not using dark patterns like automatic charge if people forget 3) being open to feedback and looking to improve you are already at the highest probability of success here

r/SaaS9d ago

This is actually a really good idea. Building trust is what brings other work

congrats, that feeling is real. my app got its first purchases a couple weeks ago and the amounts were tiny, but the one that hit me was the first annual plan, a stranger betting a whole year on something i made felt bigger than the total ever did. also 3 weekends to paying customer is a great ratio, most of us spend 3 months before showing anyone. what did the niche community post look like, launch post or just a comment in a thread?
