FICO and VS4 get mixed into the proprietary model, but what was confirmed would only be coming from Comenity unless you got in contact with Equifax directly. “Could be a server issue. Could be an issue with your card. It could be declined for any reason like you typed the number wrong to insufficient funds. No way for us to know for sure. Maybe try another card and see if that works.”
“I’ve been through this a couple of times. They’ll randomly call from 800-955-7070 (most likely) and verify that you applied and sent in docs. Then they’ll tell you the application was sent for processing and you’ll usually get an email a while later with the approval.”

I would suggest just to keep calling and hopefully you get put on hold instead of hung up on. As for my issue, they said everything was going through on their end and they weren't sure why it wasn't showing on my end. They suggested I just wait some more and hopefully it fixes itself. 😐”
