“For me, it would be 50/50 between GPT and Opus. I use GPT via ChatGPT for daily uses like writing/revising emails and messages. And then Opus via Claude for extremely any engineering or research based usages. Claude was mostly created by PhD researchers and so the LLMs created would naturally be research heavy. “I think what's happening is that you've used one particular LLM (ChatGPT, in this case) more heavily, so it has accumulated more history with you, and that's why its output feels closer to what you want. Ive seen shops pay for the fancy one and keep using ChatGPT because nobody scored them on the same three files. Take three real redlines, run both, keep the receipts. “yeah the rate limits on that connector are super opaque, drove me nuts when I first ran into it. they don't really document the daily caps anywhere obvious from what I've gathered it's not about requests per second but total queries per day, and the free tier gets way less than you'd think. sometimes clearing your cache or reconnecting the integration helps temporarily but it's not a real fix if you're using it heavily for work stuff the business upgrade might actually be”
Be careful with Chatgpt. It does hallucinate caselaw frequently.

“Hi! I'm a (disappointed) subscriber of Anthropic's x5 Max plan (it costs €90 + VAT, aka €108/month for me) They marketed this as having x5 the limits of Claude Pro (their €20 plan). The 5 hour limit does have it, and it looks like their 7 day limit does NOT have it. Apparently it's more like a x3 increase there.
