YouTube Viewers Hit by Constant Buffering

“Issue started on the 15th Every time I exit the app, instead of the video being visible on a smaller screen it disappears and all I’m left with is the audio in the background. “I say lately but this has been going on for a year now. Youtube videos fail to play. If an ad pops up, the rest of the video would just be a black screen. “It tries to grab native video's source and play it, and if it can't, it transcodes videos on the fly (with around 10s of delay). But as the last resort of some very unsupported media, it does download the whole video and plays it.”

“I have a Samsung Galaxy A56 and despite it being able to run every other app perfectly fine, for some reason it is just incapable of running YouTube, which has been happening for at least the last few weeks. “On the android mobile app comments do not load on first try, and whenever I reload them there's a 50/50 chance it says "This action isn't allowed" and half the shorts don't load. On chrome for pc half the time youtube will say I have no internet and some other times the video will be the only thing that loads, with all the other ui either perpetually loading or just appearing as the solid gray youtube uses.
