If the channel never had any issues and performed but you just took time off, then revive it. “Hi guys. I recently made a channel all about a song of ice and fire. One video blew up (200k views) and so I got onto the partner program for monetisation. However now videos are being claimed by HBO so I can't make any money. When I upload the video it says there's no copyright detected, it's only after 24/48 hours that HBO claim the videos.
