“We sell dietary supplements on Amazon. All are made at FDA inspected facilities in the USA and Canada. Some are USDA certified organic. Amazon to down a listing saying it wasn't organic. We provided letters along with our USDA certification, our manufacturers certification. Showed the independent certifiers name on our box as well as their status as FDA approved organic certifiers. So I clicked on copy listing to well copy the listing and then order in my inventory and hopefully make some sales. I want to know that Amazon will approve the brand name before asking the factory to stamp/engrave it on the full order. “Selling an item that has small, incredibly weak magnets embedded in it. The magnets aren't removeable, and they're barely even magnetic, but amazon has rules about them now, and they require certifications. In my case I’m wanting to test the waters for this product before purchasing a trademark. I went through the process to get a brand approval and they approved the brand. I was like ok great.
