“If you're just renting, I would go with a portable dishwasher. There's no way landlord is going to want to let you remove it after your lease is up if it's installed in the cabinet space. You also didn't show the rest of the cabinet spaces to see if there is actually room to…”

“Hey y'all. I just moved to a new apartment. When I locked the door upon leaving our old place with the movers on moving day, our fridge was spotless. “I live in a 600 sq ft apartment and asked for a one-time cleaning of just the kitchen and bathroom. The cleaner quoted me $270 and said the service includes cleaning the inside of the oven, fridge, and microwave, wiping the outside of the cabinets, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the bathroom. The apartment is not messy or heavily dirty, so I’m just wondering if $270 sounds like a normal price for this type of cleaning in Connecticut, or if I should get a few more quotes. submitted by ”

“My room is essentially a studio apartment in my family's bigger house. I have a fridge, small sink, microwave, etc. I warm my food up in the main part of the house but store food in my fridge. Nonetheless: My room is filthy. There is no open or closed food containers anywhere. I take my trash out every other day or whenever I go out. I live in a large city and mice get into our house and I learned the hard way what can happen if I don't stay on top of that. With that said, I've recen”
