“I live in a duplex and have had a problem with roaches since we moved in over a year ago. Our landlord has been kind enough to have an exterminator come about 3 times. They keep coming back. The neighbors only got sprayed once. I do not speak with them enough to know how bad it…”
“Ok so I live in a fourplex and the three other units have cockroaches. Cause of this my unit needs to be treated. The issue is how much and where they're putting the pesticides. They're doing liquid / vac as main treatment then liquid bait left as a secondary treatment. However…”
“Came home just now and saw my neighbor who is directly below me spraying around her door with bug spray, like the full jug and hose/sprayer attachment. Kind of felt like the type of action taken against a present bug problem, not just precaution. I want to ask the manager if…”
Users in Argentina and elsewhere are struggling with cockroach infestations, exacerbated by living in apartment complexes where pests migrate between units. They seek effective extermination products to eliminate the roaches and prevent damage to appliances. This points to a need for better building-wide pest control solutions.

“This is the second roach I’ve seen here. Although, I visibly watched this one crawl on my tv then jump and fly to the wall then across my living room before I swung at it like yordan Alvarez. Is it German or field roach? Edit: would also like to mention I’ve got a ton of glue traps out and haven’t caught 1 submitted by /u/Automatic_Gap_8231 [link] [comments]”
“I live in a 200 unit apartment building in DC. Me and my neighbors have a lot of problems with pests and I don’t know how it compares to other places, or how the pest control regiment. Since moving in less than a year ago: -I’ve caught 35 fruit flies over the course of 3 days -Caught 2 mice and saw another running around -have seen 4 baby roaches over the course of a week -caught two adult roaches -saw one roach crawl out of my clothes into the lint filter in the communal laundry area -saw one d”
“Location: An apartment unit in an old building in Nebraska. I think this is a baby cockroach stuck in a glue trap, but we're seeing a lot of these in the apartment. The building is old. We've called pest control multiple times, but is there anything we can do ourselves? What should we buy besides glue traps? Do these pests tend to go away when the weather gets colder? There are also other things that get stuck in the glue trap as you can see in the last two pictures. Please help! s”
“Ok so I live in a fourplex and the three other units have cockroaches. Cause of this my unit needs to be treated. The issue is how much and where they're putting the pesticides. They're doing liquid / vac as main treatment then liquid bait left as a secondary treatment. However when it was done they left pools of liquid over everything. All over the stove burner and under it. All over the counters right where food would be prepared. I mean basketball sized pools. All over shelves covered”

Kind of felt like the type of action taken against a present bug problem, not just precaution. I want to ask the manager if anything has been reported by them, and at least document it, but I am sure she's going to go straight to the neighbor and tell her I ratted. The lady knows I saw her, and I just didn't want to make it a thing where”
“I’m living in an apartment and I’m having an issue with bugs coming in through my ceiling vent in my bedroom due to a pretty persistent roach infestation that I’m actively treating. I’ve read that it’s not advised to put them all over the house, but can I at least put the window screening in my in my bedroom and leave the rest of the vents untouched? I have a total of 4 vents in my entire apartment. submitted by /u/Automatic_Bat_143 [link] [comments]”

“So I've been really keen in cleaning my drains and plugging them as well as counter tops etc, Then I saw that they were coming from the vents!!! Which I read that it was a very unlikely place to be coming from. I'm not sure where to ask this question but I live in a apartment complex would this fall in my landlord to clean or hire a bug infestation tech? submitted by /u/Big-Fennel6110 [link] [comments]”
