ChatGPT Can't Read Files in Work Mode

Users are experiencing issues with ChatGPT's Work mode failing to read uploaded files, despite the files being visible and accessible. This problem doesn't occur in Chat mode, suggesting a specific limitation or bug within the Work environment. Users are using personal Plus accounts.

Can not process file links from chatGPT
“When I try to open any file - a pdf, a word document, a photo - anything, in WORK mode on ChatGPT, it recognizes the format of the file, but can't read or open it. I get this error: I can read PDFs, but I couldn’t open this attachment because file access is failing in this session. Please reattach it, or paste the text here, and I’ll read it. When I try to open that same file in WORK mode, but this time running on my computer, it opens fine. It also opens fine in CHAT mode. Any idea what'”

Today, a fresh browser thread successfully opened the project playbook and read the contents of both Excel workbooks. Restarts, reinstalls, and repeated uploads”

“Ever since the Astra 6.1 update, ChatGPT has not been able to read my files or screenshot. It says it had an error reading the file / there was no image attached even though I added it / there was no access given or something stupid like that. Has anyone else had this problem?
