“I did a system restore and couldn't open the "'Chatgpt Classic" app so I did a reinstall from the Microsoft Store. Terra is also decent but people will just use Luna on higher effort than Terra since they perform very closely and have huge different in usage limit. So that only leaves us with Luna on Extra High or Max for most tasks. Now it has been very good”

Both the mobile and web apps show me the "Instant" model—which corresponds to 5.6 Luna under my current plan—but the desktop app (on Linux , in my case) displays 5.6 Sol in Chat (not in Work). I assume this is a UI bug that should ideally be fixed.”
“That’s worth testing outside the Windows app before treating it as a normal Plus limit. Try the same account in a browser with the companion window closed. If the browser works, it points to the app or session; if both fail, save the exact time and screenshot and send them to support. A tier upgrade shouldn’t be the first troubleshooting step.”
