“So went tp pick up a KFC delivery. Halfway to the drop off point my passenger front tire blew out. Put on the flashers and pulled off the road. Sent a pic of the blown out tire to the customer and said i just needed a few minutes to put the spare on. No response of course…”
“I waited almost 7 minutes, with no response, and I would’ve stayed longer but the smell of cat sh!t was so strong I almost puked. Then as soon as I leave and hop on the interstate state they respond… not my problem anymore. Call support.”
“Super slow for me this afternoon. Stuck in parking lot purgitory most of the time declining garbage orders. It always picks up in the evening though. Idk why I bother going out in the afternoons thinking thay this time it might be different. Eh.”
Many delivery drivers are experiencing issues with inaccurate locations, lack of communication from customers, and unexpected expenses like fuel consumption due to air conditioning. These problems lead to wasted time, reduced earnings, and increased operational costs for the drivers.

“I ran into a traffic jam, and the exit was blocked off, so no movement. I sent a picture, so she could see how bad it was, so she would know I was going to be very late. This lady sent me a message apologizing for getting me in a situation like that, and added more money for my trouble. I was shook, most people treat us like garbage, so this was very unexpected. This was already the best order of the night 9mils for $20, then added $5 more because I had to sit in traffic. I of course told her it”
