Landlord Ignores Peeling Tubs and Broken Elevators

“This has been an ongoing issue for about 6 months now. I tell them that the caulking keeps peeling off around our tub and then they told me that it's because I don't use the bathroom fan during/after showers, even though I do. They come back to recaulk with a white caulking, and then they tell us not to shower for 24 hours to let it cure.
