“I applied late in the cycle (submitted secondaries all in the month of September and a few the first week of Oct) and have been advised to apply to more late-friendly schools including DO schools. Which schools can I add to my school list? I know it is sadly pretty top heavy…”
“For this list of schools is it cooked if I haven't received a secondary invite? I found most of their timelines saying they could still send the secondary theoretically but how realistic is that? UC Davis UC Irvine UC San Francisco University of Colorado Albert Einstein Alice…”
“Does anyone know if the 2-week secondary deadline is a hard deadline for Roseman? Like will they withdraw my application? I got super delayed with secondaries because of course I had to get a really bad cold and fever towards the end of the two week period after getting verified…”
Applicants report confusion over whether secondary applications must be submitted within two weeks, with some schools not explicitly stating this requirement in communications or portals. This creates stress and uncertainty during the application process.

“Does anyone know if the 2-week secondary deadline is a hard deadline for Roseman? Like will they withdraw my application? I got super delayed with secondaries because of course I had to get a really bad cold and fever towards the end of the two week period after getting verified and getting hit by a truckload of secondaries. I even tried to prewrite but my dad forced me to apply to like 20 more DO schools and was yelling at me bc of my MCAT so that threw me into a funk for a while but now I'”

“just wanna make sure i’m interpreting this correctly: for my ucsf secondary email it says, “Your completed secondary application is due within two weeks of receiving this invitation, no later than 11:59 PM Pacific Time.” I received the email on August 5th at 7AM, so does that mean I have until 11:59pm on the 19th to submit? submitted by /u/Professional-Cap7140 [link] [comments]”
“I applied end of June and have yet to be verified for MD, but for DO I got several IIs. However, life got in the way with a family member passing and my grandma in the hospital, so I never had time to start any of them until now. I also am going on vacation Aug 20-30, so I won’t have as much time to write, although I’ll make as much time as possible. Would it be too late to submit? I’m really worried, I need to get in this cycle. submitted by /u/SatisfactionOk6367 [link] [comme”
“Went hunting on Keck's website and saw that "Completed AMCAS applications will be reviewed, and the Office of Admissions will invite select applicants to complete a supplemental application." Wondering if that description was the same as before... submitted by /u/Consequence_Forward [link] [comments]”
“I keep seeing things that say you need to complete the secondary in two weeks, but nowhere in the email or on the portal do I see that. Can someone confirm or deny that it needs to be submitted in two weeks? submitted by /u/Responsible-Mix4804 [link] [comments]”
