“Found it in an old post. So how are you offering it now? Is it like a standalone SaaS where you bulk upload pics and bulk download beautified pics? [re: Started July 6th with just an idea. Just looked at my Stripe and I can't believe it.]”
“One feedback I guess is that it didn’t explain the problem very much in the opening, only briefly, it went straight to the solution . That could be bc of my landing page though”
“It's kinda hard to make the showcase gallery, and showcase selfie search other than recording a video. Demo wouldn't work because you can't try selfie search if there's no photos of you in the album. Any suggestion on how to create a demo?”

“I abandoned Google and Amazon because I’m not interested in paying to see recordings from hardware I own. I would never go back, and I’m far more interested in using open source solutions than I am some singular solution. My home server now does almost everything I need, I’ve enjoyed learning and exploring and have been blown away by how good the community around all of these services is. It makes me hopeful and happy that people put effort in to developing these amazing solutions.”
“That's a great video, and for free, especially with so much less information. Great tool, and I would definitely give it a try. Thanks a lot :)”

SaaS name: Duelistt Who it's for: solo founders, freelancers and cold callers who do their outreach by hand and just want a simple way to track it The main problem: you forget…
“Thanks, working backwards from what people already pay for makes sense. I've been stuck guessing problems for too long. When you did this research, what was the signal that made you pick one? Lots of complaints, or something else?”
“I have created a free photo gallery, sorely based on nature shots. The aim is to promote nature lovers, and also give them an opportunity to share their portfolio. It has been 1 month. And, more than 470 photo uploads, by more than 200 photographers. submitted by /u/myaboutpage [link] [comments]”
Hey r/SaaS , I just launched my new micro-SaaS, Going A2B, targeting a specific pain point for mobile workers and freelancers in the UK. Most established competitors in the mileage tracking space…
“Yes, that’s a good point. The 25-photo cap can hurt the network effect because the product gets more compelling once guests open the album and already see activity. And yes, guests can see the album while the event is happening, so the live gallery is part of the value. I’d seriously consider changing Free to something like: Unlimited photos during the event Short retention, like 7 days No video No bulk download No Smart QR/table zones Then paid unlocks longer storage, video, downloads, and orga”
“The core loop is clear, but I'd test the social friction before adding streaks or a public feed. Give a small group one way to opt in, then track how many requests get answered, the average delay, and how often people send a second one without being prompted. If people like seeing friends' real moments but resent being put on a timer, an optional window or an "ask later" response will tell you whether the 10 minutes is the hook or the annoyance.”
“Yeah, I think this is probably the biggest challenge with the model. I don't think I can actually prove someone was focused for 25 minutes, so I wouldn't want to sell sponsors that claim. What I'm thinking instead is limiting cash-rewarded sessions (e.g. one per user/device per day), requiring a minimum balance before withdrawal, and using device/account/payment signals to make running farms less economical. For sponsors, I'd also measure actual post-session clicks/signups rather”
“What are y'all's thoughts on cloud-based software? I'm looking toward 1) Archy, 2) Carestack, and 3) Oryx. Or should I opt for dentrix ascend? submitted by /u/Pale-Hovercraft-7453 [link] [comments]”
“Will definitelly look into it - added the pricing link back in PS - when I go to your profile it just says "there doesn't seem to be anything here" in red text.”
“yeah, that makes sense. the delayed search/direct traffic is something i wouldn't want to overlook either. makes the 7-day test more interesting since we can actually see what happens with the traffic instead of judging it just from views.”
“Please pop your saas brand, url below and also your brand colours (3-6 colours) :) submitted by /u/No_Faithlessness7010 [link] [comments]”
“To fix and keep them engaged is there any other possible way other than their feedback. As I feel the feedback differs users to users. Or is there something which I should look to get the proper message from them?”
“Well, the good news is that my app is a self-hosted service, not a Saas and if everything goes well, in a few weeks I'll have a fewer angry customers, so ;-)”
“who's hosting all that infra? you need people to have a successful messaging platform, why should they swap to your by definition less mature product?”
“damn making it work at 11k meters in airplane mode is such a cool constraint. no analytics sdk, no ads, just code. this is exactly what i mean by the immediate 3 second window. u nailed it honestly”
“It should be free to install and use on your lan or any network via headscale. Does it require a payment to install? We might be seeing a different install page. It didn't require any payment to install when I tested it.”

“I thought about that. Maybe later, once I'll figure out business model, I'll do byok. But for now I don't think the ICP needs that. As for the wrappers – there are many, and people pay for convenience. Banks are also wrappers for commodity exchange.”
“Yeah insta is a bubble. But my tool doesnt require login, proxies etc etc. Just a plain old SaaS that does a good job (hopefully)”
“Okay, sounds good - i dont use insta, tbh i hate the platform, but maybe it should be considered again?”
“Hey! We're planning to market this to anyone who's outdoorsy, whether it's backpacking, hiking, boating, or even aviation. We haven't gotten a ton of engagement yet, this is really our first shot at getting in front of users.”
“I actually posted about this. Its so true. Everyone keep saying just find out where your icp is talking about the problem u solve but that just seems like never going to happen because platform is filled with builders rather than users”
“Totally fair. I can understand it for anything that wants your webcam, honestly For what it's worth, here's how it actually works: Everything runs on-device (nothing leaves your PC). It wakes the camera for about 2 seconds every few minutes (you pick the interval), scores your posture, and throws the frames away Nothing is ever written to disk or sent anywhere. The only time it touches the internet is the sign-in/license check. After that, easiest way to verify rather than trust me: bloc”
