“there is a lot more potential growth in English but I had a look at your channel and it looks like let's play videos? You are entering the most oversaturated and competitive market on youtube. I don't know what your first language is but you could potentially be one of 20 something people making lets play vidoes in that language. You might never get a million subs but maybe you could get 10 thousand dedicated viewers...or you could try and do it in English and be one of two million peopl”
“hi everyone i want to make a youtube channel/twitch channel but i have some questions.., would i do it in english?masked or not? i have interest in gaming and tecnhology but at the same time in the future i want to do content about working/ fixing my farmhouse, i have so many questions at the same time, could someone give me some advices? submitted by /u/Rafael_Nunes1 [link] [comments]”
“Yeah, that actually makes a lot of sense. I’ve been thinking about trying more story-driven and analytical gaming videos rather than just uploading gameplay. The “high investment/high reward” mindset is probably what I’ve been missing. I’d rather spend more time making one good video than upload a bunch of generic gameplay. Thanks, this gives me a much better idea of what direction to try!”
“I am seeing quite many faceless Youtubers getting denied recently, is it just the survivorship bias (not seeing post about the succesful ones) or is it more common now? submitted by /u/UnluckyGamer505 [link] [comments]”
Might be an option but also can slow down my growth a lot i think

“Yes exactly these things let me start in English too. But it would make it harder for me to do things that let me speak more fluent for example in other games. Minecraft let me script things really good but other games where you can't redo such this this easy and if you then stutter finding the right words etc would make it more time consuming”
“Yes that is true, for me the German audience is overall >38% and with this the biggest part. Also I already got some comments about why I do not make German videos because you can here my accent.”
“This already sounds like a very tiny niche - how big/small is the German speaking niche for your particular topic? Check that and then see if the production speed increases are worth the smaller addressable market. Might make sense, might not”
“Hi everyone, I’d appreciate some outside opinions on a possible language change for my YouTube channel. German is my native language, but I originally started making videos in English because I wanted to reach a broader international audience. I currently have an ongoing series with 16 English videos, which I would like to continue. The channel focuses on building a modern, technically automated train world in the Minecraft Create mod, using Create, CC:Tweaked, and other automation mods. I reall”
“Ah so this is like gaming alt? When I say gaming I do people play ground and stuff (I assume less advertisers like gore games) but do you do like challenges or is it more about "im making a video that happens to have games in it" like game lore stuff. Genuinely curious”
“Does YouTube still monetize image slideshow or animated stickman channels? I recently read that YouTube cracked down on more than 130,000 channels, so I'm a bit worried. Are these types of channels still eligible for monetization if the content is original and adds value?”
“If you're doing the videos with Roblox, perhaps do animated? I think that'd look better than drawn and would translate well compared to drawings if you're going for Roblox content. Although I do suggest looking for more opinions!”
“I've been marketing my game on multiple scocial platforms but I've never done marketing on YouTube. Do you guts have any tips or anything to market my game TANKLE! On YouTube specifically? submitted by /u/THEGAMERSTUDIOS [link] [comments]”
“I’m close to monetization but been seeing a lot of people saying they got hit with reused content policy. I’m not sure what exactly falls under this. I mostly just record my gameplay or commentary about the specific video game I’ve played. I know I’m kinda stressing out over nothing but still would like to know. submitted by /u/ExcitingDrive5601 [link] [comments]”
“Cool! I've had ideas for interviews but I want a faceless channel. Do you think it'd be possible for me to do online interviews but only showing the interviewees face? Do you show your face in your interviews? How do you find interviewees?”
“Since I’m based in Austria and literally don't know anyone in my social circle who makes money on YouTube, I’m giving this a shot here. Here’s the situation: I'm on the verge of applying for the YouTube Partner Program (YPP), and I've run into the whole tax question. How does it actually work here? Did you register a business ( Gewerbe ), or do you just report it once a year through your income tax declaration ( Arbeitnehmerveranlagung / Einkommensteuererklärung )? I actually went to”
“Guys I make content primarily on Doom but I wanna try to make content on other things too, and here are some of em 1.Roblox 2.Space Marine 2 3.Mc 4.Rivals So what should I videos on that I enjoy while still getting decent views for a new channel submitted by /u/No_Tax898 [link] [comments]”
“Hey everyone! I'm 23 and recently started taking YouTube much more seriously. I'm not just looking for people to game with - I'm looking for people with a creator mindset. People who genuinely enjoy making content, coming up with video ideas, recording, editing, and improving together. The type of content I'm aiming for is similar to SMii7Y, Blarg, Soup, TheDooo, Vanoss, etc. - less about being insanely good at games and more about creating hilarious moments through editing, chem”
