OnlyFans creators lose accounts without clear policy explanation

“Hi all, I'm going to lay it plain out. More than five years ago, I created an OnlyFans account while I was underage. I've used it without any problems since then. Recently, after I made a few purchases, OnlyFans asked me to verify my identity. I tried, but kept running into issues, so I contacted support. They told me the problem was that my account had been created while I was underage, and that it's now scheduled for deletion in 30 days. OnlyFans has refused to issue any refunds. H”

“I went onto the OnlyFans site today to get the message 'Please follow the instructions to verify your account by clicking the button below'. I try to verify my account using the link, for it to ask me for a photo of my Passport/Identity Card/Drivers Licence/Residences Permit. The problem is I don't have any of these. Now I'm worried about existing subscription payments. I'm pretty sure I don't have any, but is there any way I can make sure? Many thanks submitted by”

“My OnlyFans account was suddenly closed after a fan reported a chat about ants — could really use some advice I’m a creator on OnlyFans, and something really strange happened to me today. I’m currently unable to access my account because it has been placed under review. A fan came into my DMs asking if I liked crushing ants. I assumed it might be related to a giantess/fetish fantasy, so I said yes. He then asked if he sent me $15, how long we could talk because he just wanted to have a conversat”

“Today I received a notifications about some violations and that if I continue I may get resteictions. Immediately I was no longer able to message or post. I can still log into my account normally, and see my subscribers/messages, but I can't respond. Has anyone experienced this before? And if so, how long did the restriction last? Was it temporary? Thanks in advance. submitted by /u/eva-si [link] [comments]”

“I used to be on onlyfans when it first started, genuinely was a massive part of my self discovery, enjoyed it for the 3 years I was on it. I am no longer part of the OF community. My account is deleted and all other socials are gone. I am in a new relationship and my partner has found leaked website/ with every single bit on content I created over the 3 years I was on it. I’m looking for advice on getting websites/content removed, I’m just skeptical that these websites don’t just download the co”

“My OnlyFans account keeps getting turned down during the approval process. The support message tells me: “Verification by additional social media is required at this time; you may complete this step by linking your X (Twitter) account or by showing us your profile on another social media platform such as Instagram or Facebook.” Here is what I’ve tried so far: In my initial sign-up, I linked my public Instagram profile, Rejected. Then, I added my public X (Twitter) account link as well, Rejected”

“This is a genuine question so please don’t get mad but why is anyone still genuinely using onlyfans app/promoting how good it is?😭😭 I’m a new creator to the platform and usually I only use fansly to promote but I finally decided to give OF a try for getting new buyers. Unfortunately, I just found out that the customers are able to do CB? I know they technically can’t do a refund but if they can easily do it through their banks whats even the point in providing customs if they’ll just scam you”

“Hello, unfortunately, on OnlyFans I simply don’t have a form for people who don’t want to sign up but with whom I want to publish content. I’ve searched everywhere, and support isn’t helping either. Does anyone here happen to have it? submitted by /u/S_ina_la [link] [comments]”

“Last night when I was on my account, 2 notifications came up that my account was in the process of getting deleted (when I pressed the thing for more information and the button to cancel the deletion, it said “something went wrong”) and a message to verify my identity which k tried to do 5 times and it said “we couldn’t verify your identity” after the process everytime. I can’t chat or change information on my account. When I try, it always comes up as “something went wrong”. I sent a ticket las”

“Does anyone know what this means in regards to payment processing ? Is it trustworthy ? I just noticing their partnering with onlyfans and perhaps maybe that’s why I was asked to re input my banking info to receive compensation. I also wonder if they will take out higher fees for creators or force us to make more pg rated content. submitted by /u/Ahoethatknowsimaguy [link] [comments]”

“OF sent a message to me stating “Media content or text that features or refers to someone whose age, identity or consent is not verified is not allowed on OnlyFans” and said they are deactivating my account. The photo in question they attached is just a selfie of me wearing a shirt that says support your local library. I didn’t mention anyone by name nor do I have anyone else in the photo with me. I wrote to them and got the same form email back. Any advice? submitted by /u/gothmommy”

“I see my friends who have apparently started managing onlyfans models and I don’t know where to start. im willing to put all my effort and time into this just to earn something. can someone help me out? they often post infloww app’s dashboard screenshot but are reluctant towards telling me the process. submitted by /u/Master-Amphibian-374 [link] [comments]”

“For context, I’m helping another creator whose account is being disabled, my account is safe (for now 😬😰). He is a gay content creator who only has 1 violation against him and it’s because the AI flagged his cold brew coffee as “prohibited goods or substance”… the man has been sober for 15 years and I’m the one who bought him the cold brew but that’s besides the point. What is the best way to tell his subscribers on OF to move their subscription over to his JustForFans? This is the message I d”
