“I woke up in the middle of the night to the thing in the first two photos laying in my bed with me, and the second one there on the floor. Does anyone know what they are? I think the first one is a click bug but I'm not sure if the second one is a cockroach or what, but I can certainly say I am not a big fan. submitted by /u/LolaExists_Maybe [link] [comments]”

“Deeply hoping and praying these aren’t bed bugs. I moved into a new place, have no bites but found three of these TINYYYYY little bugs (smaller than a sesame seed) reddish brown and much more long than round/oval. (These are all dead and I placed them together) I live in Ohio. Some of my stuff was stored in a garage for a month🥲 submitted by /u/peggylou72 [link] [comments]”

“something has been biting my family for over 2 weeks now. at first we though we brought home bed bugs from the thrift store. we got new a mattress, encased it and the pillows, encased my daughters mattress, and removed the couch from the house. we removed all her teddy bears and washed all the bedding and clothing and dried it too. but we had no evidence of bedbugs except bites. we had K9 in and the handler did an inspection, found nothing. then the dogs came in. and also found nothing. still we”

I don’t think they’re technically mosquitoes. They’re huge! I know it’s the tail end of the season for them but I haven’t had them like this at my home until my first pest control treatment about 1.5 months ago. “These bugs popped up over night and I have no idea what to do! I thought they were fruit flies at first but they fly much faster than fruit flies and they scuttle across surfaces. Someone help and let me know how to get rid of these😭 submitted by /u/Independent_Cup_4459 [link] [comments]”

“Hi all, I recently moved into a new home and there seems to be a bit of a bug problem. We’ve had a few random bugs show up over the 4 weeks of living here but never experienced what we saw tonight. There were thousands upon thousands of these tiny bugs on all surfaces of my house. I was getting my baby ready for bed and when I walked into the living room this is what I saw. How can this be prevented? Will an insect zapper work? Will pest control be able to fix this? I honestly will consider sell”

“Found multiple of these walking on my bed, Specifically on my pillows. I’d like to identify it and get rid of it please!!! I have a small Pomeranian that sleeps with me but she doesn’t seem to be itchy /acting differently. Freaking out because I just found one that was a lot whiter and almost microscopic crawling on my face. I’ve been feeling itchy but idk if it’s the bugs or I’m just freaking out lol More about myself: live in nyc, have a window near my bed, have a dog! submitted by”

“I have been getting bitten in my home and it's usually three bites like an inch apart and then it could be eight inches away with another three bites. They are tiny red bites that itch. They can be on my neck, back, legs and ankles. I can't figure out what pest this is. You never see them crawling or flying. Can anyone identify any of these and can they be the problem? If so, what do I do to get rid of them? Help!! submitted by /u/Candid-Character-85 [link] [comments]”

“Every night I get bitten by these invisible bugs that leave no marks on my skin. Nobody knows what they are, even when I ask AI it doesn't know. They bite me everywhere from head to toe. I can hear them arriving because I hear clicking near my ears, which gets more frequent as it gets worse. It's ruining my life. I've had my floors professionally steam cleaned, windows completely shut, shower twice a day. I even tried moving my bed to other rooms and it continues regardless. su”

“My husband, my 4 years old son have been dealing with itching, crawling sensation and occasional/ rare bumps/ bites all over our body for now 6 months. We did everything we could to get rid of it. We had 4 exterminations this summer. After a week or so the itchiness/ crawling sensation came back. We feel it thorough the house especially on the couch on our clothes and in our bed, on books as well. It also feels airborne somehow, which itches our nostrils, ear and eyes. I’m truly desperate, we go”

“So I was gonna sleep so I could wake up early and do errands for later, but I found this thing crawling on my bed near the edge. Now it is crazy fast so I did the best I could to take a photo and a video which I will try to input down below, but yeah it was running away from me super fast. I asked gemini and it said it was a flea, so I am considering stripping the bed and changing the bedsheet and pillowcase once more, which is annoying since I just did that 4 hours ago before bathing. sub”

“Hi. For the past week I’ve been plagued by these tiny little bugs. I’m assuming they’re some sort of roach nymph and have purchased and applied advion cockroach gel bait to try to get rid of them. Would love confirmation from some experts if possible. Sorry for the bad quality pic but they’re tiny and my phone camera sucks. submitted by /u/Jealous_Loquat_1269 [link] [comments]”

“I saw this on my bed near my pillow and squished it. I also noticed this morning itchy marks on the back of my leg that looked like three mosquito bites or hives. Should I be concerned about bed bugs? For context, I live in Taiwan and so if you have any other ideas of what this could be please consider my location. submitted by /u/Due-Compote3496 [link] [comments]”

“I was in bed when I felt something on my nose. I grabbed it tight and turned my phone torch on. (I'm a bit paranoid of bedbugs, so this is normal behaviour for me). I dropped it on the bed expecting a piece of lint, but it was a pale running thing of some kind. It ran towards my laptop (on my bed) and then disappeared. Similarly, I woke up the other day to see a dark dot running away from me towards the edge of the bed. If I had to guess, I'd put both of them at around 1mm. I've trie”

“This was the best photo I could get. I woke up with a few bites on one of my legs a week ago that were super itchy and went crazy searching my bed for any evidence of bed bugs. My sheets are white and I searched through my mattress and bed post at night and couldn’t find anything. Today (around 9pm, located in the Midwest->US) I found this bug on my bedroom door. It wasn’t moving at all. Curious if a bug in the same family is what bit me and if I should be concerned. submitted by”

“Hi all, first time poster here! I found this... Bug... Of some sort in my office last night. I was freaking out so bad. It was running around pretty quickly. There were also a few small black larvae that I killed in the same area. They were all near the baseboards. The pic isn't the best quality, I'm sorry. “Most of the ones I see are insanely small. They smell when they are squished, I typically find them in my bedroom or living room near fabric. Most of them turn into red blotches when squished. I'm 80% I'm getting bit at well, or at least I'm breaking out in tiny rashes. I told my landlord they came from the apartment next to me (literally seem them climbing out of holes that were in the wall when I moved in) and they seem very unconcerned whenever I put in a maintenance request to co”

“My bed is directly on the floor of a loft, so I’m wondering if that’s contributing to the problem. Three separate times now, I’ve woken up in the middle of the night with what I believe is a click beetle crawling on my neck. It’s gotten to the point where I’m having trouble sleeping because I’m constantly worried it’ll happen again. Is there a particular reason click beetles might be getting into my bedroom? I’m three floors up, which is why I’m confused about how they’re getting in. Are there a”
