If you have any tips or red flags to watch out for, I’d love to hear them. Thanks! &”

I am considering hiring one part time handyman/maintenance guy to take out the trash at each property every week, meet vendors. Respond to low level tenant calls. Has anyone here had success”
“The best luck I have had was seeing a yard sign in a nice yard / home and inquiring, but I never see yard signs anymore? Facebook has by far been the worst for me, even when you avoid the scammers. Nextdoor.com had some leads but nothing completed. Have never tried Zillow / other RE sites, and Craigslist was OK 20 yrs or so ago for me, but now is nothing but scammers per my experience. I have tried contacting real estate firms with little success even offering a finders-fee. I have contacted fir”
