I have confirmed I have as much notifications on as possible and I still do not get notifications when new messages are sent, and not just for me, for many people in the company. We’ve learned that the more you open the app, the more notifications you get. Which makes no sense for a messaging platform. I should get a notification for a new message regardless if I open the app or not. It’s extremely frustrating.”

The biggest is that if you’re mentioned on a thread, you get notifications every time someone comments on the thread. And you can’t turn it off. You can turn off notifications from that thread, which I do 10+ times a day. But there’s no way to disable it all together. That alone moves my rating from Love to Disgust.”
