“I don’t know if this is the correct place for this so forgive me, but my USC husband has shown zero interest in even researching or helping out with this whole process. He’s so sweet and kind but can be a little absent minded with things due to ADHD. We’ve had our interview in January and throughout the process of finding out what was necessary, printing and filling the forms, all the requirements, I felt completely alone like he didn’t take any interest. I had to prompt him to do anything and w”
“Hello, I received an RFE for my O1A saying “Although you submitted wage data from Bureau of Labor Statistics and various online wage and annual salary calculations, the evidence does not sufficiently demonstrate that the actual compensation is significantly high in relation to others in the same field.” Anyone have any guidance on what more i can provide? I provided offer letters, pay stubs, tax documentation’s etc along with statistics of pay for my title in my area from Bureau of Labor. Thank”

Was he easy to reach when you had questions? Did he keep you informed about your case? Were you happy with how everything was handled? If your case was a mandamus, how long did it take before USCIS res”
