Calm app fails to stop playing sessions

My subscription, I renewed it twice what the going price was, or the deal they had on at the time and renewal came across. Also, I was billed $80 for my full renewal and my Calm premium subscription no longer works. Customer service has not been able to resolve this in over a week. I am losing my Calm.”
