“Hey everyone! I just published the complete Tank Cat line on MakerWorld! All three units have pre-sliced .3mf print profiles for both AMS (Multi-Color) and Non-AMS setups (Tank Cat, Wall Cat, and Eraser Cat). I've dropped all the direct MakerWorld links and the full collection…”

“I finished my first ever 3D printable ''project'' so to speak and I'm just excited that I wanted to share it with someone. I've made a few practical things for around the house with Bambu, Fusion, and Blender before, but never a whole downloadable project like this before for…”

“Hi, I am not a 3D printer myself. However, at my university, I am currently doing research under an ME professor who has a Gigabot. I'm trying to figure out a way to custom-print (or use a model) specific trash can lids designed for plastic bottle recycling. This is what they…”

I've made a few practical things for around the house with Bambu, Fusion, and Blender before, but never a whole downloadable project like this before for others to print. I realized now I should've taken some in person pics of the multi-piece ones I printed for my room to include as well. lol :/ Any feedback or input on what I may have overlooked”

“Has anyone made a model similar to this? I'm looking to add a feeding door to a reptile enclosure, I made a horrible sketch of my idea lol. I'll include a built in door on a current enclosure I have, I'm just looking for it to be a solid door, not with mesh in the middle. submitted by /u/Alpacas_12vlave [link] [comments]”

I'm trying to figure out a way to custom-print (or use a model) specific trash can lids designed for plastic bottle recycling. This is what they look like https://www.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/news/1341871.html Does anyone know how I should go about getting these printed to fit standard trashcans we have in the US? Does anyone have any advice on how I can propose”

I built Thingport to fix that for myself, and figured it might be useful to others here too. What it does Personal, self-hosted library for your 3D printing models Import directly from Ma”

“I´ve been posting about this project in this subreddit around 4 month ago and back then I held back the PCB layout file. I was scared that some company is going to steal my idea if i made it too easy to replicate, which i honestly still am a little. But the strongest feedback from this community was that this project should be fully open-source so they can built their own from scratch. And I have to admit that you were right, going all in on open-source is just the right way to go..... so i have”

“Every pot I liked was either too tall, too glossy, or too expensive for the size. So I modeled my own. Tapered and flared, with vertical fluting, in two sizes so a small one and a large one look like a family rather than two random pots. Curious what people here plant in something this shape. It is wide at the top so I am guessing something that spreads. https://makerworld.com/en/models/3103994-scandi-style-fluted-flower-pot-with-drainage-tray#profileId-3499121 submitted by /u/Ikigai”
