“I don't know what's going with it. I checked for any clogs in the nozzle and hot end. I checked the gears for any stuck filament, checked the tension which seems right and i even changed out the stepper motor which worked for a bit befor it started doing this again. “Title. As a disclaimer I'm a noob, only had it for about 3 days. I got an Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro and for the first few days it was working perfectly. Tried to print something today and after starting the print I heard a weird sound coming from it about 10 minutes later. I see the shape seems to be not what was intended and appeared as though the nozzle was making contact with the object and messing up the print. “Hi all, thanks for reading. My son and I are having the error that the filament extruder and/or nozzle is clogged. “Unable to feed filament into the extruder.” We watched some videos including on the Bambu Lab wiki. We took the extruder apart and found a clog, but there is still a piece of filament in the nozzle. I tried ramming it out but it’s stuck solid. Next step I understand is to heat the nozzle manually, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Any tips to get the nozzle to heat manually? sorry”
“Hey guys, having trouble with my centauri carbon. It worked flawlessly for like a year then suddenly stopped It clogged badly and I ended up putting a new hot end on, there was melted PLA everywhere so I figured the better and cleaner thing to do was just replace it. I got a few hours into the first print and then it clogged. I tried multiple times but clearly the filament wasnt coming out nicely. Its not noticeably clicking or grinding, just blocking I opened it all up and found debris and dust”
