“I hate seeing someone's model being lower rated because the user can't do the print right. Man, going into like makerworld and seeing people give 1 stars because it won't stick to the plate really really bugs me. This designer went out and put in the time and you're just gonna…”

“Was doomscrolling 3d printing models (as one does when they have a pile of filament waiting to be used) and came across dummy 13 which brought back some memories a few years back when I first saw a model similar to dummy 13 (mightve been early development of dummy 13) but didnt have a printer at the time but since I do now I printed off one and played with it for a hour putting it in increasingly dangerous situations like hanging from a doorknob or sitting on top of a door or climbing filament a”
“Hello, Does anyone have the instructions for Toymakr3D's Xolarion the Sentinel? I’d love for someone to share them with me so I can see if I want to buy the design and start printing it; it would be great if someone could help. submitted by /u/Large-Section5705 [link] [comments]”
“I printed this on a ender 3 I got off of facebook marketplace for $40, and modded it somewhat. I have only ever loaded the yellow filament though. submitted by /u/nuh-uhno [link] [comments]”
“https://makerworld.com/models/3445342?appSharePlatform=copy I had previously made a model in a similar style, but realized I didn't design it as efficiently as possible and assembly was difficult. This is take two, this time with Logan. Assembly is required. The camera doesn't do it justice, in person the effect is way more obvious! 2mm per slice. submitted by /u/Flatulent_Father_ [link] [comments]”

“Printed this Snorlax organizer the other day and honestly I like it more than I expected. It works as a little shelf / catch-all and the two open sections are actually pretty useful. Kept the print simple and just went with blue. Might do another version later, but I’m pretty happy with this one. submitted by /u/hi3d_official [link] [comments]”

“By large, I'm talking about 2.5ft large. I am wanting to print this guy for a friend but I know it'll have to be cut into pieces. Am I better looking for a model that's already been dissected or is it not that hard to make these cuts myself and then have it joined back up later? I'm planning on printing in primer grey color tone. Also if anyone knows where I can buy a high detailed model, I'm open to it as I'm sure most stuff on Etsy has been lifted. TIA! submitted”
“This one took around a week of printing all the parts. Paint job took around 6 days. Really proud of the way it all came out. The Wolverine model is not my design, but the custom sentinel base is. Found the Wolverine model on makerworld that was clearly set up to have a base, but no base available in the file. Had to improvise a bit. submitted by /u/NFDY_Designs [link] [comments]”

“I'm getting back into printing and I made these and was going to slice them when I noticed chitu was cutting off the tops of my models. I def under the build height. The height that the cutoff happens seems to change based on the rotation. Anyone have an idea of what is happening? Thanks in advanced! submitted by /u/Elegantwolf89 [link] [comments]”
“I hate seeing someone's model being lower rated because the user can't do the print right. Man, going into like makerworld and seeing people give 1 stars because it won't stick to the plate really really bugs me. This designer went out and put in the time and you're just gonna click print on your dirty dusty bed that your cat sleeps on and it's this guy's fault? Rant over. (not my models, I don't upload much if anything, totally only see it on other people's work,”

“This took me about three months to do, during my off hours from work. Just felt like I wanted to do my version of the MK1 collectors statue lol. Proud of it but learned allot cause I definitely learned to be more conservative one print material. Thing weighs allot and could have used half the resin for the same result. But happy overall. Made using elegoo Jupiter and Sunlu ABS like resin. Edited this in CapCut lol submitted by /u/etart [link] [comments]”

“Hello, does anyone have any experience with metal 3D printing? I know it's a real thing, and I was wondering how much it would cost and how durable it would be for a custom lightsaber design meant for heavy dueling. This is the lightsaber design I'm talking about. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you. submitted by /u/Frequent_Height_108 [link] [comments]”

“the most success i've had is on the third pitcture, i managed to print it in full, however due to the small thickness of the stabilators (the small wings in the tail), they werent being printed correctly at full, so i increased the size of the print, but now the printer never gets past the tail without one of the stabilators breaking off, what should i do? im trying to print it in one piece btw, i dont want to split the model in half. submitted by /u/Away-Ad9510 [link] [com”

“Been seeing a lot of anime miniatures, 1/64 scale of 3d printed figures on chinese sites like taobao. Specifically, they come from a studio called"25h miniature model studio" or something. I have a 3d printer, but i cant find the stl files, it seems they sell it as a physical product rather than selling the stl files. So, my main point is, anyone know where I can buy or get such files or any alternatives? submitted by /u/OrenjiD [link] [comments]”
“Came out nearly perfect with minor issues. Will try to paint some green glow acid on his teeth for some effects. My printer is the Sparkxi7. Model is off of makers world. The xenomorph tearing through the vent. All I did was scale it from 100 to 250% for overall size. submitted by /u/Typhlosion92 [link] [comments]”
