“First time this has happened (3 years) So I took a block 4:15-6:15 today.. got to the station (20min early ) and where it says (I've arrived) I pressed it and it took me back to the opening screen.. The block was gone.. I called support and they said it was cancelled.. couldn't tell me if it was on my end (which it wasn't) or theirs (warehouse) Has anyone ever had this happen? submitted by /u/-bears-eat-beets [link] [comments]”

“THANK YOU! I got dismissed from my first block at 8:30am due to no routes, and then got dismissed from my 10:30am block because you forgot to swipe picked up. $82 for doing nothing other than a 2 minute drive both times since the station is right around the corner from me. submitted by /u/Ok_Abbreviations6152 [link] [comments]”

After a few months of using Uber Eats/Doordash, have to say I'm very impressed with how smoothly this app works. Very few glitches even in low-connectivity areas. submitted by /u/BaseballPie [link] [comments]”

“So today I finished one of my blocks, but instead of going back to what it normally does, the page changed to as if I were at a station, checked in, and said it was finding me a route. I wasn’t anywhere near a station neither did i have a block directly after my route (obviously) I had another block scheduled 45 minutes after the end of my last one and I would have made it in time. But I was unable to do anything because i was trying to talk to support. I ended up then being too far to make it o”

“UPDATE: APPEAL APPROVED :) STANDING BACK AT GREAT So on October 4th I had a 3 hr route which was going real well, on time, early, the whole shabang. My dumbass left my keys locked inside my car since I was in a bit of a hurry to find this apartment number (hate apartment deliveries). Right away I contacted driver support - I let them know what happened, of course the Indian guy or whatever was on the line sounded frustrated, he marked all packages as undeliverable and to return them to the stati”

“Just got this notice today b/c our station VCA5 in Sacramento is a shit show when it comes to overbooking & warehouse workers having enough routes available. This station always has “bottle necks” time periods where there’s literally 25+ ppl waiting for a route. We shouldn’t get a mark on our standing for an Amazon warehouse issue. Have y’all tried to appeal this? I know this type of ding doesn’t visually lower our standing but I know this could be used as an unreasonable or bogus deactivati”

“Insanity. More than half my stops wouldn't load the GPS today. Had to use third party mapping. Sometimes the app wouldn't even toss the location to the 3rd party map and had to manually type addresses. Many of these stops required the "GPS not working" function to be able to deliver. Restarted app (multiple times)... Restarted phone... Still just pain, pain, pain... I'm assuming it's buggy from the latest update. Whatever the case, it was painful... Hampered even more b”

“I have been going to this one station for a couple of months now. After the first couple of months I was getting routes close not that far away. About a week ago I got a route like an hour and a half away from the warehouse and I refused it. I took a break from that warehouse and now every time I’ve gone back 3 times in a row I have gotten routes far away. I have done them now didn’t refuse anymore but seems fishy that all of the sudden all routes are far away now. Anyone have inside info on thi”

Wtf has this happend to anyone ?I have 37 packages in my car and the route just dissapeared and says finding route. Contacted driver support and was told to bring all packages back to warehouse and I still will be paid. They also said it won’t affect my standings which i’m sure is a lie smh. “So idk what’s going on, but for some reason over the past 30 days my station has cancelled my 3:30am/3:45am routes 8 times now with pay. It’s always multiple people too because I can see where they hit the thumbs up on the update in the app. I’m definitely not complaining about free money but it seems like maybe something not good is on the horizon. “I showed up to my 1pm route on time at 1pm, scanned my ID at 1:01pm and recieved a route after a few minutes of waiting as per the "please wait" screen. I go to the palette and it says its not mine even though I am at the right place. The first warehouse employee tells me a random location, i try that one, also no go. Im walking around for maybe 20 minutes trying to find this fake ass palette i was redirected to until someone else asks why im walking around. The second employee finally”

“If this just pops up for no reason, don’t press the button. The algorithm thinks it’s a good idea to send me to a “busy area” 4 miles away and a 1-2 minutes red flag. When I arrive it’s gone so I drive back to where I started. submitted by /u/A_1Wanderer [link] [comments]”

My company uses truckerpath and I love it but every so often it’ll take me somewhere I don’t need to be and I use hammer to get me out of the bind I found myself in. “Weird title, I know, but stay with me for a second. Say you have a least favorite Flex station, be it for pay / distance / poor management etc; do you / would you still hit them up routes for the sole reason that they have the most available? 🤔 I ask because even tho this one station always has availability, it's also a complete hassle to pickup from there; between the lack of parking and always flooded with people + campers. On the other side, there is one station I really like but even wi”

“The past 3 - 6 weeks in particular I have seen some of the longest routes I have seen in a while. My longest route thus far has been 212 miles, that was a few years ago, recently, I had one that was 200 miles. That's my 3rd longest, my 2nd was 204. Then two days after I get one for 174, and then another for 172. The average route seems to getting longer or they have changed the range of distance for deliveries. These past few weeks has been non-stop long distance routes just way out of area.”

I can't tell if it's the app doing it or the pax when they order the ride, but when I show up at the pickup point and start the timer and say I've arrived, the pax then responds with the "I'm looking for you and can't find you" msg. I tell them I'm in the driveway or something and they typically say what driveway. I tell them the addr”

“Let me start by saying that my station does not have assigned routes. The employees hand you a route and lately they've been doing it based on what lane your vehicle is in (4 lanes with maybe 5-6 cars in each) They typically start with lane 4 and end with lane 1. Today I was in lane 3. The station employee hands me the first route and says that because im a man, I should be taking the largest route to help the women out. Im sorry but no. This station expects me to carry the burden and will s”

I'm particularly bummed, because I was fixing my AR since switching to my moped, which allows me to take a lot of offers I originally refused in my gas guzzling car. “In my area the flex app does not release early morning schedules for the following day until around 1:00-1:20am seems to be the average. The earliest routes are 6 and 6:30am. Why would they do it like this? I basically get 4 hours sleep to go do my 4 hour route and then usually I try to grab a 2nd shift for around 1:30 or so. Why cant they just release routes earlier so we can get some rest for an 8 hour shift? At least allow for notifications to pop up so we dont have to manually hit refresh ov”

Just yesterday I got reported for “cleanliness of car, hard braking, and disturbing music” my car is always mint as fuuuuuck… I drive a tesla and I didn’t even put my foot on the brakes once yesterday… The music?
