“I just started flex yesterday and this will be my second delivery. I am new to this and still learning. Is this worth it for $45? I live in a lcol area if that matters and it’s been kinda slow the past week. submitted by…”
Hello, anyone in the Indianapolis area looking for other courier work besides Amazon flex? Please PM me if interested submitted by /u/Minute-Buffalo-3190 [link] [comments]
“I've only been delivering Flex for a few months, and I don't do all that many blocks. It's been my experience that if I have 30 packages on my route, I'll have Driver's Aid stickers from 1-30 (and stop numbers from 2-31, depending on pkgs/stop). This morning, I'm loading up my car. I see I've got 33 packages, so when I see a box with a 32 on it, I put it in the far-right corner of my trunk because I think that's just about the last package I'll be delivering.”
“The only few days out of the year where Flex is worth it (I assume surge due to Prime Week Deals) submitted by /u/PipeTrick76 [link] [comments]”
“So I got a opportunity to work for FedEx Ground & Amazon DPS. Now both offer crazy hours. FedEx pay 21, no benefits, but you can leave early if you finish your route. Amazon is paying 25 with benefits but super micro managed and if you finish early it's a must that you help other drivers finish their route. NOW for the important part I got an offer to become a tax preparer. Schooling is 4 days a week 10am-2pm until December. These delivery jobs are all am shifts 🙃 After I pass, if i do”
“I've delivered a few packages as a flex driver. Ive heard once you have this kind of seniority the algorithm starts to mess with you so they can deactivate. Just got a route with 43 packages, all an hour late before my block started. Going to call in and then deliver them. We will see what amazon does to my standing submitted by /u/Muted-Tale [link] [comments]”
“Did anyone participate or actually win a gift card? Apparently, getting bingo doesn’t guarantee anything, you have to submit before the limited prizes run out. Honestly, I’d rather get higher-paying blocks or some preference in where we deliver. At VAX1, the four-hour blocks I used to take are gone. Same hourly base rate, but shorter blocks mean smaller payouts. This bingo thing feels like a distraction from those changes. Anyone else feel the same? submitted by /u/Rare-Entrance-3363”
“Since flex is a little crazy with the dings and crazy mileage lately, thinking of switching this winter to UPS. Anyone dome this? Was it better? I know they pay mileage. submitted by /u/Grapefruit_007 [link] [comments]”
“Hey all. New to flex and wanted to try and take some shifts on the weekends, after a couple months on the list I finally got selected, however my nearest delivery areas are 30-40 minutes away from my house and gas is currently $4.40 a gallon and up… seems a little wild to take 3 hour shifts for $60. Has it always been like this? What’s a typical rate of pay in the Tampa, FL area? Thanks submitted by /u/LampostPath [link] [comments]”
“Can anybody tell me if it's feasible to average $20+/hr working approx. 40hr weeks in the Salt Lake/North Salt Lake/Ogden area doing Flex? Does anybody do Flex plus other delivery apps with success? submitted by /u/Small_Protection_381 [link] [comments]”
“Hell any Amazon driver? Straight to the point can anybody post what their weekly pay is looking like? I know there is local and regional I would like to see them all. Just really curious I see the pay is advertised as 70-80k for regional and hourly is $24-27?? submitted by /u/AnyRip2 [link] [comments]”
“Is it just me or is it very slow right now on a Tuesday? I’ve been online for 35/40 minutes since 10 am and only received one order. Also I’m on the platinum pass because I let my AR drop below 70 so I activated it. I now don’t even see any promotions that I used to especially the early morning ones 5:30:7:30 in the surrounding areas the day before like I used to. I wonder if there all are doing away from those submitted by /u/Shenry1027 [link] [comments]”
“Know the answer is likely different for everyone, but what is your preferred payout frequency; everyday, 2x per week, etc.? This is my 2nd week doing Flex. I don't have to be paid out everyday; part of me wants to see big numbers as a pending payout, so maybe 1-2x per week. submitted by /u/jfesler70 [link] [comments]”
“Hello everyone, here to ask a quick question. So, I renewed my license on Saturday and won’t get it until next Friday (Oct 2). I can’t lose access to Flex since my main source of income currently. I tried to updating the info, but I don’t have the physical copy obviously. Is there any way I could maybe contact Support and they can override something? Or am I screwed until I get the ID? submitted by /u/2kTeeZ [link] [comments]”
“This is a retail pickup meaning tips aren’t allowed from ordering thru Home Depot so can’t blame the customers. Base pay ONYL $14.65??? submitted by /u/jibbs3557 [link] [comments]”
“Been delivering for about 2 years. I dont think Ive gotten a Challenge Promo (earn cash bonus for X amount of deliveries) in like 9 months? Maybe more Just seeing if anyone else experiencing same? Im in northeast Thanks! submitted by /u/Material_Scale_3947 [link] [comments]”
“Has anyone noticed that amount of packages has been a little more but weekly pay less? I also noticed they are saying next door addresses count as one stop sometimes etc? submitted by /u/greasyMushroom9632 [link] [comments]”
“So I have been delivering in Long Island, NY for about a month now. Having previously driven for Lyft with my car, I decided that I wasn't going to use my car for DoorDash. I have a very fast electric bike, and a good insulated backpack. This had all worked out for the first few weeks. I have NOT registered any motor vehicle with DoorDash. They should be well aware that I am operating on a bicycle. Then last week, I began getting orders for pizza. Before you ask, no, I did not confirm any pi”
“I always advise taking your pay for a shift and then divide it by work hours plus commute. If it’s still substantially higher than where you are now, maybe it’s worth it. A $40 per hour job with 4 hours of commute is more like $30 per hour”
“I did take an hour break. How’d I do was this efficient? The $10 order was 1.7 miles I think submitted by /u/jibbs3557 [link] [comments]”
“I do about 100-150 delivers a week's so this is an extra $200 or so dollars this month. It should also stack with any other promos during busy times. submitted by /u/Enki07 [link] [comments]”
“Anyone having luck getting paid for todays (09/02) 3:45am block from DJT6? I and various other drivers were unable to enter and get our DL scanned due to the employee strike. submitted by /u/Comfortable-Tap8124 [link] [comments]”
“Hello. In the last two weeks I've received about 3 $5 payment adjustments from Amazon Flex . Definitely not complaining however the routes that I've had I've gotten done on time even a little bit earlier as well so is anybody else getting these ? It seemed the atarting point was a bit further but I haven't called to ask for more payment or anything like that because like I said I've gotten done on time and even earlier. submitted by /u/WeaknessAggressive58 [link]”
“first time i seen it i think 30 minutes ago it was $51 around 5 45pm i think it jump around 5 15pm submitted by /u/Praline-After [link] [comments]”
“My zone recently did the promotion where if you complete 120 orders you receive 120 dollars but they only gave us until friday. Today I worked for around 5 hours with no wait in between orders and only completed 7. I’ve been working at least 20 hours a week for the past month and only have 252 My question is how are people actually finishing the promotion with so little time submitted by /u/MatthewTheGOATyt [link] [comments]”
“I can’t help but wonder if this will soon be offered at SSD and .com. I have a sedan and my concern is if it is going to affect pay. I can’t help but think it would have to. submitted by /u/Skyy1977 [link] [comments]”
“I’m confused about Whole Foods deliveries. New to Amazon flex and really just signed up for these orders. What is the estimated tips based on? Do they hide money on these orders like other apps, or do customers only tip after deliver (not when placing the order). There has to be something I’m missing because all the blocks and instant offers look too similar to be the actual payouts. submitted by /u/Meatballs4all1 [link] [comments]”
“Anyone with experience on this or anyone willing to chime in would be appreciated, I’m a CCA making $21.21 an hour at a tiny office which is giving me no hours, like 10-15 a week; sometimes I get sent to other stations but then I’m driving 40 minutes for 5-6 hour shifts only; I do really enjoy delivering parcels and when I do Amazon Sundays I’m pretty quick; it’s a 45 minute commute to USPS and a 35 min to the ground warehouse if I take it; I’d like to be working 6 days a week if I could and was”
“is it just me or the pay has dropped all i’m seeing is base pay pretty much all day 😫 submitted by /u/Tropicoz [link] [comments]”
“1 year anniversary, 7,800 packages later. Is this good?. I’m out doing this as a side hustle in Los Angeles. Pushing about $1400 a week. submitted by /u/FrontOtherwise6004 [link] [comments]”
“Hi, curious if anyone has done both and which you enjoyed/earned more? I’m on the westside of LA and looking to fill my extra free time with income. I’ve done dashing for a bit but the waiting around can be annoying. Thinking this flex block would be easy because I’m on full time within that chosen block. I’m new here! Sorry if this isn’t the place for this post. Thank you! submitted by /u/Disastrous-Sample928 [link] [comments]”

“So today was my 2nd day dashing and I have NEVER done this before. My question is, whats the better option? Earning by time? Or Earning per order? For pits and giggles I went to see what it would pay if I dashed right this moment and this is what I saw: What exactly does it mean? I would get the $19 and hour? What is an 'active hr'? Someone teach me thy ways! submitted by /u/GreenMortgage1228 [link] [comments]”
“I have a question for anyone that happens To get Staten Island . Tuesday is my first Day what should I expect and 2 shifts anywhere in BKLYN what time should I go o see if I can grab something for today around 3 and 6 submitted by /u/demizzlex3 [link] [comments]”
“It was a $1 per order boost period. Also one very kind person gave me $5 cash, so i think between $31-32/hr. This was like 1:45pm to 4:30pm or something like that submitted by /u/crazymusicman [link] [comments]”
“As you see, I’ve got a dash scheduled for tomorrow. Will I be paid for tomorrow’s earnings on this coming Monday (the 10th) or next Monday (the 17th)? submitted by /u/austinproffitt23 [link] [comments]”
“Had a couple of questions if the community doesn’t mind. I was on the wait list for 2 years and just got the email yesterday and was able to deliver today. I did 2 “fresh food”’orders and noticed the payment hadn’t cleared because of the tips. How likely are the tips and is this or the regular deliveries a better option? I’m going to do a regular run tomorrow afternoon for the first time. Also is there a better way to organize the items when scanning in? Felt like they were all over the place an”
“This would be $2 base pay and you would be lucky to get a $5 tip out of the customer on DD. Shipt over here like.....hold my beer..... 🍻 🎉🎉🎉 submitted by /u/Agitated-Contact7686 [link] [comments]”

“I just signed up. And got approved today. Nothing available except this early run from 3:15-6:45. But it’s 82.50. Can anyone tell me what min you’d do this early run for? submitted by /u/safigueroa [link] [comments]”
“Check out these two CVs I got today. One for being 5 minutes late to pickup, and the other for 7 minutes late to dropoff. I know they're strict about milking the clock on EBT, but 5 minutes is literally just finding parking or dealing with normal traffic. The platform already pays us poorly, and now they’re throwing around violations for normal driving delays. submitted by /u/Limp_Pomegranate8943 [link] [comments]”
“Not even $20/hr. Never seen a 4 hour block pay this little before. Yall can 100% keep that. submitted by /u/Veggietuh [link] [comments]”
“I saw a comment in another subreddit where someone claimed delivery drivers in the state of Massachusetts are considered employees and entitled to a $31 per hour minimum wage. Can anyone from Massachusetts confirm or refute this? submitted by /u/mugshotz55 [link] [comments]”

“Okay so I’ve been delivering with flex for like 2 and a half months now as a side hustle from my normal 9-5. I’ve had over 800 deliveries some good some bad can’t complain honestly. Today I had a route scheduled from 3:30-8 paying about $128. The station was 30 mins from my house, so I get there at 3:30 exactly I check in by 3:33 normally it asks to take a picture then moves you over to the license scan page. For some reason it didn’t ask me to take a picture today, I didn’t think anything of it”
“Ive done 1 block since May t.t. They tryna draw me back in so I can not deliver to places out of my way and keep fantastic. submitted by /u/GovernorHarryLogan [link] [comments]”
“So I worked 20 min over my block and they paid me $30 extra. It was a 3hr block that I made making $92. Total now $122.! IS this the norm? Hope so. Im happy to finish delivering the packages for this pay! And I stopped for a bathroom break! Thoughts. submitted by /u/Pure_Creme_3255 [link] [comments]”
“This picture is just from the warehouse to my 1st delivery. I had 24 more deliveries after this one. It was a 3 hour block. Only got paid $72 for it. The kept me in the warehouse for 20min as well because the car in front of me was soooo slow loading her packages! It was an hour and a half ride home when I was done too. Ugh. Sometimes it really isn't worth it. Sometimes it is. That's why I keep going back. Lol! submitted by /u/Boujee_Brae444 [link] [comments]”
“Ok!, So the other day, accepted 2 orders for 14 bucks miles not bad , can't remember. The order was picking up an Item at Sephora ,which was at the mall, and Acme a supermarket order. I try not to accept too many orders at the mall because, I refuse to pay 5 bucks for parking, so I normally have to try to make the 20 minute mark before getting charged. This is where I have an issue and I do not appreciate being told the pick up is 4 items which is not. After Sephora, I went to Acme , which st”
“My area hasn’t had a peak pay in almost a month. We’ve been “very busy” every night and all weekend. The peak pay is completely gone. wtf is up with that? What’s this scumbag company up to now ? Anyone else notice this? submitted by /u/Ok_Chard7542 [link] [comments]”
“I started paying more attention to miles lately because some blocks look good until I see the total driving. About how many miles do you usually end up with per block? submitted by /u/Vagramm [link] [comments]”
“They are already paying peanuts on "batch" orders. I'm guessing late '27 or early '28. We need to start collectively standing up for ourselves. I'm tired of arguing with support over this blatant robbery. submitted by /u/AggravatingFish4251 [link] [comments]”
“Hello! I'm currently working at a theater making $10.50 an hour and was wondering how amazing Flex would be in terms of pay ? I have a Corolla that averages almost 30 mpg but not sure if working this would be any better. Any suggestions? submitted by /u/-E-R-R-O-R_404- [link] [comments]”
“I just got back into flex from a couple years ago, so I was wondering what offers would be worth while. Like is $21 a hour good? submitted by /u/Mm2kk [link] [comments]”

“In between jobs so finally decided to dash. I don't mind the payout as I'm taking this week as just getting my feet wet and learning. Mostly stuck to the lunch rush beginning at 10:30am and would call it a day at 2:00pm. The overall dash time is a bit inflated cause I would have Dasher on as I doing errands early morning to see if I would get any hits (I did not). And I did do one last minute evening dash on Friday to see how good my market was for dinner, I only got 1 hit. Overall, I fe”
