“hmmmm strangely foot shaped... lol anyway, that's gonna be a shop thing, either a new fender or a decent amount of dent pulling. I'm not going to assume money is an issue to go to a shop, but if budget is tight, see if there's a college around that has a collision repair (CRT)…”

“Looking at a 2012 Mazda 6 in southeast FL area, want to know how much I'd be looking at to get the trunk damage repaired. Would I necessarily have to find a 09-13 Mazda 6 trunk part and then have the body shop install and repaint it, or can the damaged trunk be straightened out…”

“This dude thinks he’s picking up a perfect in color fender for $100 like he’s going to Walmart for it. He’s a clown buddy, don’t let him work you up.”
“That’s really good for you man. I have family and responsibilities too. I also enjoy fixing my own stuff so I guess that makes it a hobby. Considering a simple fender swap can be done before lunchtime on Saturday I’m good with investing the time and saving a few hundred bucks. “Left front wheel well area, the fender liner is ripped out and the rocker molding (rocker molding is to the rear of the front wheel) is damaged. Someone ran over something decently sized”

I'm not going to assume money is an issue to go to a shop, but if budget is tight, see if there's a college around that has a collision repair (CRT) program. I'm in a CRT program right now at my college and the rates are 1/3 of the current averages. I suggest it because some large chain shops may not touch it for "something that minor" but a s”
“Go to body shops and get quotes. Also talk to some PDR shops and get quotes from them as well. PDR should be cheaper but also won’t look perfect. Just depends on what you are looking for.”
“Heavily tore my PPF (even scratched the paint) putting a kayak on my wagon. Should I just accept this or get the panel replaced? If so, how much would it cost? Full panel shown in second pic. submitted by /u/CaptainBromo [link] [comments]”
“Have you looked up value? Being 17 years old isn’t helping it unfortunately. I’d estimate about $7g + in damage from what I can see”
