Customers Can't Always Find Paze at Macy’s Checkout

“It shows up as an option for me. When I scroll down at checkout, it says "Change to other cards, PayPal, Klarna, or Paze". Macy's is listed as an official merchant on the Paze website, so it should work. Maybe try a different web browser or try the Macy's app if it has one. Paze doesn't work for in-store pick ups for me, though.”

“Hey OP, with Macy’s it’s a bit tricky. If you use Rakuten & Paze, enable the Rakuten extension and use your mobile browser to have your desired item Shipped (not Store Pick-Up). This is how I got my Paze to show up with Macy’s. Not Rakuten App, Not Macy’s App, mobile Browser & Ship to your address only.”

“I also don't see the $10 promo label and according to Paze's terms, when you don't see it, its not a qualifying transaction. I tried it on both of my eligible cards, one debit, another credit, two different banks, neither show it and I'm not risking my money on that.”

“Update- It just showed up for me! Went on iphone, chrome browser, added random items and did checkout as guest, once I entered my address the paze button showed up! Once I verified all this, I stacked with 12% Rakuten and added the Glam beauty items to cart plus a shirt on sale and all worked for free shipping. I got an SPF product I can also claim it from my FSA Hoping they ship and charge separately so I can get 2 Paze credits for the 2 items. Will see how it goes now….”
Worked for me today. Paze doesn't show up as a payment option for me on mobile, but it does if I'm on a browser on my laptop.

“Tried to check out yesterday after seeing paze as an option (Google Chrome, Desktop, checking out as guest). But Paze wouldn't let me verify and then locked me out of the account for 24 hours. Tried again today but now paze isn't showing up as a payment option, just Paypal and Klarna. Tried both chrome and safari on desktop and checking out as guest and with macy's account. :(”

does not appear to work on chrome :( or safari on the desktop
“i just tried in my computer's browser. still same. i just did a quick test without logging in. just did checkout as a guest. I dont know if that was the reason. but just another DP.”
“It doesn’t appear for gift card purchases but I put a game in the cart and tried checking out normally and Paze pops up at the end as a payment option. Paze at Checkout”
