Users are reporting being locked out of the Chase Paze platform for 24 hours after attempting to enter a promotional code. Some suspect account hacking, while others believe it’s a system malfunction and express frustration with abandoning the service.

“I just got locked out too. I copied and pasted my paze security code from the text message and all of a sudden I get this message. PAZE is absolute garbage. No customer support. Chase and Citi CSRs don't have any idea what's going on and say it's Paze's fault. Paze's website says to contact your bank so nothing gets fixed. I'm going to take full advantage of this promo then won't use Paze ever again.”

Someone said email has to be the same at Dunkin and with Paze so I changed it at PAZE. Maybe that caused it to get suspended? I may just have to call Chase to find out what's going on. &”
“I have a venture one also and mine shows up. I can see it if I go in my phone app and go to digital wallet manager , click on the Paze and it will link your card and take you to the Paze site”
