Support is like an illiterate robot that asks for the same information that I've already provided and is no help whatsoever. I have sales that I can't process because of this - my shop is still active, I'm not banned, but the Shop Manager access is completely missing from my account. Cost too much to list on Etsy as well!!! Reasons why I do not list on this site. I’ve sold on eBay 20 plus years with no issues, poshmark 6 years , mercari 3years, and Depop 1 yr, no issues there.
