“Meta's latest move to show they're "cleaning up the platform" is to ban their own biggest spenders. They publish headlines like "We banned 20 million bad actors" and Wall Street claps. Meanwhile on the ground, they're nuking legitimate MEGA agencies doing $1B+ in annual spend…”

“not trying to be dramatic but this month is weird a lot of the accounts i work with saw roas drop since the start of the month. same creatives, same structure, same budgets, nothing touched on our side some accounts cpm went up, others cpm stayed flat and conversion rate just died. no pattern is it just q4 starting early or is something actually off with delivery right now? submitted by /u/thoecom_ [link] [comments]”
“My company recently hired an influencer to post a video on her page to talk about a product. We uploaded the same video on our Facebook page but somehow meta suspended the post and penalized us. Does anyone know what we can do to talk to FB on this mistake? Thanks in advance submitted by /u/jsmoove888 [link] [comments]”
“" I AM ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT META HAS SHADOWBANNED THE ACCOUNT THAT USED TO SELL THE MOST. It turns out I had to turn off the campaigns for several days due to a lack of inventory. When I came back, the product segment that has historically sold the most in my company surprisingly no longer generates any kind of traffic. The most evident proof is when the campaign starts: it generates good traffic, two conversions, and then, for no apparent reason, it completely stalls after 15 minutes. It s”
“Hi everyone, I've been running ads on Meta for 3 years, and I've recently been experiencing an issue with my old ad posts. A large number of my previous ad creatives have disappeared from the existing posts selector. Some are still accessible through my campaign history or under the "Page Posts" section. However, when I retrieve the post ID of an old ad and try to reuse it in a new campaign, all the likes, comments, and the call-to-action button disappear. I recently spoke to a”
“I think is a bug or something. Is it possible for meta to change creative assets randomly even when ads are live and performing? I’m scared it’s me that’s been making this mistake because as I am double checking I’ve seen it multiple times already. But this is something that is obvious and you would notice right away. We even make sure naming its correct. Is this possible, has it happened to you or am I going crazy? submitted by /u/chickennuggetgirly [link] [comments]”
“Meta's latest move to show they're "cleaning up the platform" is to ban their own biggest spenders. They publish headlines like "We banned 20 million bad actors" and Wall Street claps. Meanwhile on the ground, they're nuking legitimate MEGA agencies doing $1B+ in annual spend. No real reason. Just automated ban, auto-denied appeal. Q4 hasn't even started and half the people I know are in jail. You can't make this up. They are killing legitimate businesses”
“Ok, so I’ve connected the dots and here’s what’s happened these mast few weeks with my Ad Account: (1) Turned Off Creative on a Campaign which reset learning phase (2) Pixel data shows that META logged over 30,000+ cheap clicks to my website as either Page View or VIew Content (3) I got a surge of over 80,000 bot sessions over the course of the week logged on my Shopify account… (4) The moment my Retargeting Campaign went to active, the bot traffic stopped My hunch is that this period of ‘learni”
“I've had winners on my campaign doing historically well. All ad variations have pretty much tanked, which has "forced" the algo to double down on the winners. But now my winners are fatiguing and I feel trapped, scared to add {anticipated losing} creative to the campaign and tank results even further... I need help with what my mindset should be when faced with this dilemma. What should my next steps be? What has worked, strategy wise with your respective accounts in situations whe”
“I have one CBO campaign where Meta is spending heavily on one static creative, but it has reached mid-level fatigue. At the same time, I tested new static ads in an ABO campaign and now have 3 winning creatives. Would you: Add the 3 winners to the existing CBO and increase the CBO budget by 20%? ncrease the budget without pausing the fatigued creative? Or pause the fatigued creative first and let Meta push the new winners? Curious how you would handle this. submitted by /u/Background”
“Running about $8k/month across 6 campaigns. Our ROAS started dropping on one campaign and we couldn't figure out why creative was the same, targeting hadn't changed, spend was consistent.Turns out 3 of the top comments on our best-performing ad were negative. One was a customer complaint about shipping, one was someone calling the product overpriced, and one was just a troll. They'd been there for over a week. How are you guys monitoring ad comments? Is there a tool that pulls them in”
“Woke up this morning and basically all the ads in my main Meta campaign were taken down. These were my main creatives and videos that were already running, and one company, MarqVision, reported one of my ads on behalf of a clothing brand I resell. Somehow Meta’s system ended up freezing/taking down pretty much everything in that campaign. The crazy part is the products are authentic. I bought them legitimately and I have receipts and order confirmations to prove it. Has anyone dealt with this be”

“After many months, I recently ran a Video views ad on my Ad manager for a blood donation camp conducted by a community organization. The creative is a Vertical video that I ran as a reel. I picked placements both in Facebook and Instagram. After completing the ad in 3 days. The reel on the page is showing 6 likes and 7000 views, whereas in Ads manager I saw that the video got over 100k views. The organizers of the event viewed the ad in their Facebook feed and mentioned that the videos had 30k v”

“So something extremely weird happened to me last month and I've hit rock bottom after that because I usually always find solutions with Meta but not this time. I've been testing -> scaling ad creatives. Everything was going well and I was finally profitable again. 3 ad creatives were bringing most of the sales (across different campaigns). One after the other (not the same day) they literally stopped running. My sales and ROAS plummeted so I went to check my ads manager and discovered”
