“Edit: I just tried Dawn power wash, elbow grease and a washcloth to scrub with and they are more faded but not gone. This one has always baffled me. I clean this counter regularly and there are rings that I can’t get off. Other discoloration around the faucet that seems to be soap scum comes off easily, but these rings don’t. The soap bottle doesn’t leave them every time either. I can’t remember if these were here when I moved in or not. submitted by /u/endgame10101 [link] [com”

“Hi everyone. Does anyone know how to clean a bathroom vanity with stains that do not go away? I believe the top to be quartz. There is also a yellow stain on the second pic that doesn't fully disappear. I also have a stain on the side of the faucet that doesn't go away with lysol or any generic cleaning product I tried. Any recommendations would be great. submitted by /u/Visible-Finger503 [link] [comments]”

“Hi all! My cousin has this dresser that she wanted me to ask about because she doesn’t have an account. She said she used a hair gloss (?) and it stained this dresser. I’m not sure how to describe the finish of it besides… shiny? It’s been over a month now. I’ve tried rubbing alcohol, acetone, and a magic eraser. I scrubbed with a magic eraser for a bit and the finish didn’t come off and neither did any of the color. Chat, is this cooked? submitted by /u/poopyuchiha [link] [com”

“Hi peeps! Idk if there's anything I can do for the stained counter top and stove! Bleach and dawn dish soap were tried for the counter and it got a little bit lighter, but unfortunately you can still see the yellow bit, you'll see the rectangular outline in front of the hive jar. Dawn dish soap was used for the stove. 3rd picture is another small stain near the rectangular stain. I appreciate you all in advance! submitted by /u/tifamarie7 [link] [comments]”

“Hi! New to Reddit but desperate for help. We recently bought a brand new concrete outdoor table ( RH Caprera Table) and accidentally left a citronella candle on it. The candle melted in the heat and left a stain which we’re desperate to get off. We reached out to RH and they’ve provided very basic info which was to use non abrasive cleaner, which did not work.
