“Not a day goes by Shopify Admin UI is not changed a bit, just enough to throw you off. Fixing what is not broken. Most likely requiring a few more clicks to do the thing the new way. Absolute insanity.”

“the people who makes the decisions of what shopify developers work on should have been fired 10x already. I wish they would hire me so I can fire all of them tomorrow myself. mostly they move buttons around and make the platform worse, instead of working on the things we need to…”

“Yeah, that sounds completely believable. If someone discovers you somewhere, doesn't click straight through, then later types the URL or searches your name, the store can only attribute what it can actually see from that later visit. I'd start treating "How did you hear about…”

Several Shopify users express concern about the potential for manipulating dashboard data, even after page refreshes. This suspicion is fueled by a desire to understand how some individuals generate substantial revenue through courses and raises questions about the integrity of Shopify's reporting systems.

If someone discovers you somewhere, doesn't click straight through, then later types the URL or searches your name, the store can only attribute what it can actually see from that later visit. I'd start treating "How did you hear about us?" as a useful extra data point rather than expecting web analytics to reconstruct the whole journey. Direct traffic has always been a bit of a mystery bucket anyway, AI discovery just makes that messier”

When you do a Google search, what information shows? Any legitimate brand will have an online footprint and the will have customers. Customers talk. What is the course strategy that he is selling?”
