“I’ll never understand how you can get a bad rating for fast driving when that is easily monitored and the app keeps track of your speed in its INSIGHTS. “Im a good driver with a clean car. I don't play music and don't talk unless the customer talks to me. Yet my ratings look like this. I know one of the 1 star is from a woman I had to call 911 on, and an Uber representative even admitted that the ride should not have been rated. the other is from a woman I refused to take to another destination after she refused to change the dropoff. “Before people say I just suck, I’ve been doing this 9 years and my uber rating was never below 4.98, and my Lyft rating has always been 5. The app was glitching out (not showing customers location to pick up, and gave me the option to start their ride even when I wasn’t there) I asked them for their pickup adress and they gave me the wrong pickup adress. “I’ve had the exact same low ratings for almost 2 years now. I don’t believe UBER removes them. I even called once or twice and asked. It’s an average not an aggregate and UBER can choose to hold on to low ratings as long as they want.
