“control panel for youtube gives you an option to hide channels, only on pc i guess, maybe on phones too for those browsers that support extensions. if its on tv you have to nuke your algorithm by clearing watch history.”

It doesn’t really seem like we’re getting subbed to any other types of channels other than TPUSA, pro Israeli government channels, and mormon channels. I was thinking this might be because we both have personalized ads turned off and most of the ads we get now are TPUSA or other affiliates. Could you get subscribed thru those ads? “Anybody can downvote on this I don’t care. I’m just putting my point out there. I think we need to start blocking or banning these channels that say, for example The Simpsons full episode season whatever episode whatever full episodes no cut no zoom but then 5-6 minutes in it switches to let’s say Rick and Morty, which is what it always will switch to. I think YouTube needs to really get everything straight and fix this because I’m tired of this if I wanna watch on YouTube The Simpsons full epis”
“Yup known to happen for years now. I also had my channel and made dumb videos since 2008. Just slideshows of Barbie cakes and lazy town images, or whatever 7yr old me liked to do in windows movie maker… other kids subbed to my slideshows back then and constantly had just under 1000 subs over those ancient videos. Hoooolyyy the amount of spam emails I got after 2016 from scams like that wanting to “buy my account” before Google+ got new privacy changes, so now you can’t really be contacted unless”
