“I was on the bambu website looking at the comparison chart, and I am very surprise to see that TPU for AMS offer a very bad layer adhesion compare to other type of TPU. Even PLA Basic seems to give better results. I was expecting…”
“[X2D; Bambu Studio; Bambu PETG] Printing bag-hanging hooks. Oriented this way to minimize filament changes for text on the face-down face. What I’m confused about is how the part of the hook on the right fell over and then there was a bunch of spaghetti but the top part on that side of the hook still printed fine even though everything below it had fallen over. Did it just “bridge” that part with the spaghetti? Mostly interested from a “wow I didn’t think it would actually work like that” point”
“I just bought this A1 combo with the ams lite today, and downloaded the Bambu handy app. It keeps saying my printer connection fails and even before it doesn’t the match my filament type just says ams detecting indefinitely. I have no clue what I’m doing really and my room where I have it doesn’t have the greatest signal but I’d assume it can’t be bad enough to cause this? I can’t move it anywhere else either really. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I manually put the filaments in since they”
“I have consistent bed temps, flow rate and no nozzle hitting the print. At the very end the model just falls off the bed. I though the tower was too long which caused the fall but then the shorter finger did the same. “I’ve cleaned the build plate, auto oriented the objects, noticed a warning on one and ran a repair, 10% humidity in the AMS with a fresh spool of PLA basic running and 50% speed (and another 3 failures at 100% speed) I tried putting rafts on a previous attempt on the leg that keeps falling over, but that still doesn’t explain the leg with straight spaghetti jutting out. I do hope this constitutes more than just a “spaghetti post” and having to wait until Saturday to ask Not sure what else I can”
“I recently acquired a Bambu A1 from my friend and when I went to do a test print I noticed some layers were off. I was wondering if anyone knew what could cause this and steps I could take to fix it. For further context, he used the printer for about a year, but then stopped because he upgraded. Never had any issues with prints, and the printer has ~200 hours of printing. He gave me both of these filaments with the printer (not sure how old they are, but I'd say at least a year because most”
“bambulab A1, every-time i try to print it doesn't touch the plate, i tried doing a full calibration again and discharging filaments and re charging it but it didnt change anything, i searched on google but figured it wouldnt hurt to try it either. if anyone knows of have had that happen i'd appreciate the help, thank you. submitted by /u/vengerberg_ [link] [comments]”

“I bought this filament which I was told I would need to make an adapter for it to fit the bamboo A1 combo? I printed off multiple adapters none of them work that's on me though it looks fine to me I was using the external to print off the adapters but this looks fine is this fine? submitted by /u/JazzlikeAd9675 [link] [comments]”
“Hi, im newer to 3d printing bought a qidi plus 4 couple weeks back and im struggling with 1st layer sticking to bed something fierce. Sometimes it goes without a hitch but most times it fails 1-3 times before it finally gets through. I have the textured hot bed plate. Im running a brim on every print with .2 distance and outer specifically. Im running first layer at 35mm/s, im pre heating my bed for 5-10 minutes at 65 degrees. Im running my z offset at -.005. Im at a loss so any help would be gr”

It may be stuck, or the connector may not be plugged in properly.” Alert then goes away as object continues to print. “Hello! Been slamming my head against the door for the past couple weeks trying to get this printer working. Printing on a Bambu A1 using SUNLU PETG. I live in AZ and keep the filament stored in the sealed vacuum bags with moister absorbers so it should be pretty dry. The printer use to run flawlessly and now can’t complete a single print. It will complete the first 30-40 layers flawlessly than just randomly stop extruding any filament whatsoever. Some instances the extruder would make the clicki”

“I have a bambulab p2s. Everything’s works fine but then suddenly the print looks like this. I use Bambu Studio, filament is Bambulab PLA Matte in white and black, the nozzle is 0.4 hardened steel, bed temperature is 40°C first layer, plate is Bambu Cool Plate Supertrack, Print Speed is 50 mm/s first layer. submitted by /u/pief21 [link] [comments]”

“Still very new to the 3D printing game and whenever I try to print things, they get messed up. I’m no expert and am honestly just tinkering around with printing weird and fun stuff. “This one specific print keeps failing on only these parts (I have printed them twice and the defects are exactly the same). Also the filament is dry and other prints do just fine. Anyone got any idea? submitted by /u/AspectVisual6382 [link] [comments]”
“Printing ABS on Bambu lab P1S. Problem - the prints come out warped (table bed side) and some corners "lift" up from the bed, too. On the picture, the right part's corner must be flat against the paper. On the second pictures, two parts are stacked on top of each other and the their mating surfaces must be flush. What's wrong? the nozzle temp? bed temp? glue? speed? Moist filament (not fully dried)? Please advise me how to troubleshoot this problem and fix it for the future pri”
“Every time I print recently my supports fail like this, halfway through they stay stuck to the bed but turn into strings and break apart. I’m aware this question has probably previously been answered but if it has I can’t find it and when I look it up I only get help on how to fix supports coming off the print bed which mine aren’t. “Title basically says it all. Im 3d printing a plane by 3daeroventures(the x-100) and in doing so a lot of parts keep detaching from the build plate and ruining everything. For example in the included photo all parts ended up detached. I am fairly a beginner. I have the creality k2 combo. I use default orcaslicer settings except avoid crossing walls : on. What can i do to fix this problem? I have tried washing my build plate with hand soap as i touched the build plate a lot before using it(althou”
“EVER!!!!* This was on my Anycubic Kobra X. The white is Matte PLA and the yellow is just PLA. I left it overnight and woke up with the bottom part still attached to the bed plate, the top half on the ground and a see if PLA spaghetti. I've had things fail before but not continue to printing well while at the same time causing such chaos. Also I've had absolutely no luck with my Kobra X detecting spaghetti or clogs. submitted by /u/iamwhoiwasnow [link] [comments]”
“I have two bamboo A1 and one of them keeps failing same file one is successful. The other is not it looks like it has good adhesion, and the settings are the same environment is mainly under control. “Alrighty, I've been tweaking settings for this ASA on my H2S for days and seems like no matter what I change it ends up looking like this. Dried it for 8 hours on 80C then another 8 hours after it came out looking the same. Changed layer heights, print speeds, ran all the calibration tests on Orca Slicer and it still comes out looking awful and pretty brittle too. What say ye 3d printer wizards? submitted by /u/Rhesusmonkeynuts [link] [comments]”
“It doesnt have any overhangs, 3mm wall thickness. But Im not sure of the flexible material with this type of walls. Height is 10cm(4in). Ive got Anycubic S1. One of the enclosed printers. submitted by /u/itsuur [link] [comments]”
“I don't wanna be one of those, but I think a rubber mat designed for this application would be better.”
“There could be phantom mesh in the model file, so its not supporting it in slicer but still trying to print it?”
“It may be due to the stability of the desks. Try swapping the positions of the two printers.”
“Where are the 2 machines situated? If the successful machine is closer to a breeze, the filament will set quicker and save the failing support enough to carry on. What does the bottom of the failed support look like on both prints? Can you see where its failing, and does the successful one still go wrong but saves itself?”
“https://reddit.com/link/ox153vj/video/yzigozbmhqch1/player tried doing a basic print of 2 connecting pillars going up word and it failed 10 minutes in.”
“Reduce your print speed on the next run once it gets over 50% of that print height. That's a lot of accumulating mass in the supports to keep slinging back and forth. I don't care if it works on the other one, you just got lucky.”
“Do you have the support only on bed plate option on? Maybe that’s it. It looks like there’s a piece that needs support in the middle there”
“I would recommend switching to tree support, build plate only. Check if that works for you.”
“Bambu SD cards are notoriously bad... is the first thing that pops into my head if you have two identical printers, using the same default settings and the same filament. Try swapping the SD cards between the printers. I haven't had it happen to me, but I have heard they will cause some really wonky stuff. If the problem follows the SD card? Replace the SD card. If it doesn't, I'm not good enough at this to help much more, lol.”
“The thing that looks suspect to me is whatever is going on near the crotch of the model. The body of the print looking fine makes me think that a calibration issue would show across the entire layer and not a specific area.”
“When I get back home I can. I really don’t think it’s a design issue. I’m pretty good at ensuring the prints are supported well. I think it’s either an environmental issue or a calibration issue, even though I’ve calibrated. I think the nozzle might be failing when it gets to a certain height”
“Can you post a screenshot of the sliced model screen? I'd like to see an angle where the supports meet the model.”
“Bambu a1 Pla Bambu labs Default speed settings I’m printing similar files on two separate printers and one failed and the other was a success. I thought it might have been a wet filament issue but I dried the filament and changed the settings from tree supports to normal grid supports but this one printer is still failing while the other is succeeding.”

“Can’t really tell from the video but it looks like part of the print is unsupported. Likely an overhang in the middle of the print and you are only allowing support on the build plate. Switching to tree supports would allow them to curve over the print and support that spot.”
