“I have a flashforge adventurer 5m pro running mainsail moonraker and fluidd. I have a very complicated print that I have made and continued to modify making it smoother and cleaner. My newest print stops early but says 100% completed. I think there is so much g-code data now…”

Several users are encountering challenges when attempting to print larger 3D models. Issues include needing to split prints, dealing with softer PLA materials, and troubleshooting printer malfunctions related to size constraints.

“I’m trying to print Budwin’s Kidpool helmet however after resizing it I found the main piece no longer fits on the plate no matter how I tried to angle it. Because the kidpool mask and the dead pool 3 mask didn’t have an assembled print…”

My newest print stops early but says 100% completed. I think there is so much g-code data now that it cannot run the whole print. I tried to slim it down some and am seeing if I get more to complete. But is there a way to increase the limits so I do not have this issue? I cant think of any other reason why this versi”

I don't know what causing this. FYI. my printer is an elegoo Neptune 4 plus. sorry for the bad English not my first language submitted by /u/AnxiousTopic544 [link] [comments]”

“I am new to 3d printing so bare with me; I have a Bambu Labs P1P upgraded to the P1S enclosure kit. I just recently moved and for the life of me can’t get anything bigger than a benchy to print. Attached I have some photos. The print quality is not amazing by anymeans with the bench mark. I am using just basic PLA, using all of Bambu labs software. If there are further questions/answers I can try and fill in blanks. I do not know where to see the speed and temp at which a concealed print was at.”
“I’ve been running into this issue a lot lately, but I haven’t been able to fix it. I’ve tried flow ratio calibration, step calibration, and a few other common fixes I was recommended when looking around threads. However, nothing has helped. This happens with and without ironing on 0.2 and 0.16 layer heights, speed hasn’t made any difference, and I’ve used PETG, PLA basic, PLA+, and PLA-F, all having the same print quality. I’ve had several issues to work through with this printer but this has be”
“Please can I get help fixing this, I am completely new to printing For reference I am printing a 6cm in height boat to test so I am a bit confused. I haven't touched any sittings on the uniformation slicer besides using a GKTWO. submitted by /u/Mandoassassin [link] [comments]”
“I decided to step into the adventure of making larger models that exceed the size of the building plate. So this is my first attempt to get a bigger boat. It's a 10x Benchy, split using 3DSplitter.com (which is fine to try and use since it's for free). Notice the original size Benchy on top. Now switching to LuBan 3D because it has better interlocking options between the blocks. Also experienced that cheaper PLA like Bambu Basic/Matte and eSun stay more softer after printing than my usua”
“i have a voxelab aquila and ive been having a problem where every time i try to print something it instantly clogs almost immediately after startup and it is very difficult to unclog. ive replaced the hotend, nozzle, and the extruder/gear/ptfe tube. after replacing the hotend and nozzle it started working again for long enough to get a test print and a real print then it suddenly broke again. ive been trying to fix this for years and i have no idea what could possibly be wrong with it so any hel”
