“May be my last route. Sunday. 8pm. 2.5 hours. All apts. Downtown dallas. 20 mile drive there. Cant return anything as home is in opposite direction. Down town is in middle of home n warehouse. Jumped on it as doing other gigs led me not to far from warehouse. 80 bucks. 2.5…”

My phone rang 3 different times at midnight the same night and after answering , it was a Flex Support rep asking me if she can connect a customer about delivering their package. I was so lost on why not only she was calling me at midnight , but almost 3 hours after my shift ended.. has this ever happened to anyone? I thought it was spam call but she argued with me providing my info and saying t”

“Whats the lowest pay you’ll accept for a 3 hour and 30 minute block? & does the time of day make a difference? I’ve never done an evening shift, most of them are for 5-8:30pm or 5:15-8:45pm at $79. While most morning shifts pay between $79-94.50 in my area. Do you get less packages in the evening that makes the $79 worth while? I’m scheduled for an evening shift today, just trying to prepare if it’s going to be worth it. submitted by /u/winnie-rae29 [link] [comments]”

“Since when do we have shifts in Tucson AZ beginning at 2:30 a.m.? What's going on with flex? Why has it been so dead all week with terrible offer is nothing over 3 hours. And pretty much no morning surges that I saw. I didn't check very much because I have another job but when I did pop in and check I didn't see anything going on compared to like a couple weeks ago in the morning. Anyone know what's up??? submitted by /u/Alarming-Owl7524 [link] [comments]”

“Prime wants to start 10/5 and USXPress wants me to start 10/1. Who should I go with? I feel like I’ll be better trained at Prime but I know I’ll be solo quicker with USXpress… Thoughts? submitted by /u/Ahri_YT [link] [comments]”

“I just started on Amazon flex and have been picking up the 3am shifts. Every shift I’ve taken that early has a route that’s in the most dangerous areas in my city. Almost every stop is deep in neighborhoods I really don’t feel comfortable walking around alone at 3–5 in the morning, and I spend most of the shift just waiting for the sun to come up (while still delivering packages of course). I’m a young woman doing this by myself, so safety is definitely important to me. I understand that choosin”

“How does DSD5 work? I rarely ever see routes available. But it’s the closest warehouse to me and I’d rather not drive over an hour to the warehouse on top of delivery times. I’m new to Amazon flex, and reside between Fallbrook and Temecula. Any tips? submitted by /u/ItsSabrinaaa [link] [comments]”

“Between doing two of the $22 plus tips (not betting on tips) for the same day delivery shift or is the 2 hour shift for $44 better with time and efficiency? If you do the 2 hour shifts do you typically finish early or go over the time? submitted by /u/Present-Sea-1662 [link] [comments]”
