“I got this email this morning from flex. It provides nothing as evidence or relevance. Up until a few days ago I had not even picked up a block for 2 months. Anyone else got this email? What did it turn out to be about?”

“Hey everyone! I’m relatively new to Amazon Flex in the Los Angeles area, and I’m trying to figure out what’s going on. I’ve been delivering regularly, and suddenly today my offers completely disappeared. My friend, who works in the same area, can see available blocks,…”

“Does anyone here know have any experience with offers being suspended due to ‘many dropped blocks’? I’m trying to figure out if mines are suspended or if I’m not seeing any because I’m full for the next couple of days. I am still receiving many reserved blocks and this morning offers seemed to be working fine, however I am seeing no blocks currently (even filtered ones). This is odd, because even if I do two blocks a day, I’m usually able to still see fresh and now offers that I have filtered ou”

“Got this email today for the first time after delivering packages for 7 years, I guess it’s getting more strict for drivers?? submitted by /u/Mohammad_ARC_1993 [link] [comments]”

“Hey guys I’ve been doing Amazon flex for less than a week now. I used to see over 100+ offers but now barely see less than 20. I reached out to support and they said your account is fine but there isn’t a high demand for orders rn, but someone else mentioned to me that they’re still seeing the 100s of orders on their offer page so I’m wondering if they I got limited or something. submitted by /u/Mahmoud_13 [link] [comments]”

“Missed a block because I went to the wrong dispatch, went to DPD7 instead of DPD2. Called driver support and they said it should be fine. It obviously isnt but I love when I email to appeal and am told they don't accept email anymore. submitted by /u/RipCityBaby5 [link] [comments]”

“Amazon should show drivers the location of the route before we accept the block. That would probably force them to pay more for difficult routes or areas nobody wants to deliver to. I honestly think they deliberately hide that information because it gives them more control over drivers. I don’t understand why there isn’t a law regulating this.all of the gig apps show you the destination or at least give you an idea of where you’re going before you accept the offer. Amazon Flex should be required”

“Did anyone else get this Amazon Flex email today? 🤔 Just making sure this was a general email sent to Flex drivers and not something specifically affecting my account. I haven’t had any packages to return , and for the past two weeks I’ve only been doing grocery deliveries — everything was successfully delivered. My standings also haven’t shown any return issues. Anyone else receive the same email today? submitted by /u/Dry_Track3484 [link] [comments]”

“This morning there were a bunch of 4 hour block offers over $100 but nobody took them, and after the pickup time came and went, a bunch of 3 hour blocks for $100 appeared instead. I picked one, and when I got to the station, I got 46 packages and over an hour drive to the first stop. When nobody took those 4 hour blocks, amazon just took the "4 hour" papers off the carts and then put "3hour" sheets on the very same carts! submitted by /u/No-Difference2856 [link] &”

“I cancelled two blocks on Sunday night. One was for Wednesday evening and one was for Friday evening. I have not received any email from Amazon. I was seeing blocks up until an hour ago. All I got were these two reserve offers from a station an hour away lol. No other offers showing. I logged out and back in, and still nothing. Am I blocked from seeing offers because of my cancellations? If so, for how long? submitted by /u/Ill_Zebra_8170 [link] [comments]”

“Many times I have had to call support due to some issues or confusion during my deliveries. But I keep getting dings to my standings for doing what support tells me to do. I just had a package with two different address labels on the package. So I called support to inform them that the package has two labels (one wrong and one the correct address) and was told to return to the station. But I still get a ding for not delivering this package. I also had a ding to my standings on July 5th that fell”

“Looking for advice on an Amazon Flex deactivation appeal. I was recently deactivated from Amazon Flex, and I'm trying to figure out if anyone has successfully appealed a situation like mine. The main issue happened during a route where severe weather, heavy traffic, a stopped train, and road closures with police made deliveries extremely difficult. As soon as I realized I couldn't safely complete the route, I contacted Amazon Flex Support. Support instructed me to end my route and return”

“Last night support fcked me and dropped my CR after they said they wouldn’t, and then they refused to fix it. They told me to do 100 more dashes. The problem is now I’m not getting any orders. It’s 6:45 during the dinner rush on a Saturday, estimated wait time is 1-2 minutes, I’m sitting at a hotspot after driving through a few others, and I haven’t gotten an order for 45 minutes. Before that I’ve been getting like $14/hr, when yesterday I was making $20/hr. 100% CR yesterday, 99% CR today. A gu”

“Sometimes help(?) ----> end block Doesn't work. What do I do in such cases without being dinged? There is nothing in the flex FAQ. After reaching the support, they told that they are unable to mark the packages as undelivered without attempting the delivery. What do I do? If I marked the rest of the packages as undelivered, it will definitely affect my standing. Customer will continue to contact . How to end the block properly in the middle of the block? submitted by /u/Imagin”

“Okay so it’s been now 10 days I’ve received a email from Amazon on the 4th stating my block was canceled however I wouldn’t receive pay due to me getting “48 hours of notice for my cancelation” however the block was canceled 2 hours before the start time and it was a 3:30 AM block, once I received that email from Amazon I reached out to customer support asking why the email stated I wouldn’t be paid when I wasn’t given “48 hours of notice” for the cancellation, they followed up on the phone stat”

“Am I the only one haven’t been able to get a block from Amazon over a month? I drop my price down when these things happen but in no way am I grabbing 3.5 hour block for 80 and lower and especially not for .coms . submitted by /u/OkAnnual4122 [link] [comments]”

“Amazon won’t pay me for an overbooked block on July 3rd and a closed station block on July 4th. I have sent numerous emails to Andy and one to Jeff. Should I just give up? What else can I do smh submitted by /u/Ill_Zebra_8170 [link] [comments]”

“Okay question for my DFW Amazon flex drivers. Am I the only one seeing these offers all morning? I haven’t seen an 3+ hour routes yet and I’m curious if it’s just me or it’s just Amazon not sending out those offers yet? I do have routes scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday but still. I have 2 scheduled for Monday, 1 for Tuesday and 1 for Thursday. submitted by /u/Altruistic-Web7450 [link] [comments]”

““I’ve reviewed these details along with your routing history and the original decision hasn't changed. I will not be delivering past my block time for no additional compensation. I understand this may not be the answer you want to hear but I don’t work for free”. It’s simple. If you get dinged, just complete 500 deliveries and let it fall off. Hoping you get compensated after delivering is no longer the majority - now you don’t receive compensation most of the time. It’s about mutual respect”

“Yet I get assigned no packages. It keeps sending me an instant offer for $24 for one hour and I show up and it sends me home. Meanwhile there’s a package been chilling there for all three blocks lol. What’s going on? I don’t want to get in trouble obviously I like the free money but that’s so weird submitted by /u/Remarkable_Bad_3835 [link] [comments]”

“Hey have any of you seen when you go to your hub particularly the ssd, and after you've scan your ID you get that waiting to find your route message waiting, and then all of a sudden it says, "we have a new offer tap to view details.". It's typically a longer block with more pay. Do you all take that new offer? While you're waiting or do you decline it? Or just not tap on it. And just keep your original scheduled block? I've seen this from time to time and don't tak”

“After replying to an email asking me to appeal a ding I was sent this automated message. The support email in no longer active unless for safety or legal matters now? When I receive a ding I usually send photos of all my deliveries from that block and have it removed..seems like they don't want us to even be able to defend ourselves so they can just give us the 🥾 submitted by /u/Sea_Major_1226 [link] [comments]”
