“Just had these folks play my game, and seeing them have a blast together in Soul Chained is a feeling I can't describe. I've been mostly alone during the earlier part of my development these past two years, but having built a small community and working with people who are…”
“We’ve participated in game jams before, but I was never satisfied with the result. But this time, making a game about a cockroach... those were the best ten days of development, and it was a lot of fun. We shared the game with people we know and they praised it, but I’d love to…”

“Hello everyone! Today is a massive milestone for me. Ever since I was a kid, I dreamed of making my own game and seeing it on a real store. Today, that dream came true. I’ve officially launched my very first mobile game, Quicky ! The journey wasn’t easy. I built the game from scratch using Flutter , which was a fun but challenging experience for game dev. Right when I was ready to launch, my AdMob account got suspended out of nowhere for 29 days! It was frustrating, but I used that month to poli”
ya they were playing a lot of beer pong as market research

“Just had these folks play my game, and seeing them have a blast together in Soul Chained is a feeling I can't describe. I've been mostly alone during the earlier part of my development these past two years, but having built a small community and working with people who are willing to help me spread the game is just a tremendous honor. Not anywhere in my childhood have I ever thought that this day would come, that I would eventually launch my own game, have people play it, and most of all”
“I had honestly given up hope of reaching 10 reviews, given the low amount of wishlists I had been able to gather. But seeing people show up and post their experiences with the game in their reviews has really made my day! I've already rolled out a few quick patches to fix some bugs and will keep working on the game to add some more QoL features that I didn't have time for and probably some more content as well that didn't make it in the final product. On top of that, my wishlists hav”
“Time to start real player testing i suppose... It still feels unreal how far this project has come. I never expected to get anywhere this close to where i am. Does that feeling ever go away? Lol submitted by /u/Careless-Speed3697 [link] [comments]”

“Crystalyn is the first game I've ever made, and I released it 3 days ago. My goal was always to make people happy and make a game that they'll enjoy playing, so even though I only have 4 reviews, which are all positive, seeing people put 8, 12, 18+ hours into it is fucking crazy to me. It literally makes my whole journey completely worth it. Still got a ton of stuff I want to improve, but I'm genuinely really happy with how the launch has gone so far. “As you all know, making games is a hard and long process, so to see people enjoying the fruits of your labour is such an awesome feeling. It's not the most reviews, but it's so good to see. Thanks to anyone who helped make this happen! submitted by /u/o_r_c_666 [link] [comments]”
“I am speechless, from 500 (Jan-Aug) then it went to 2K wishlist(Aug 21 - 24). Consider i am developing this game as solodev. This boost me a lot.. I'm so happy and grateful. “My indie shooter game "Palpus X Annihilation" has been received quite well, and I'm so happy that the community gives me the opportunity to continue working on this title and to support it further. The next update will be a big one. Horde Mode gets overhauled, new mutations can be ckecked to adjust the gameplay to your taste. And also FORTRESS horde mode, where you can place defenses to survive the hordes I didn't expect to be still working on my game 6 months after release :3”
“I'm typing this while still trying to process what just happened. About 5 hours ago, Famitsu published an article about our demo for The Next Stop. When you’re working in a vacuum for months, tweaking mechanics and polishing UI late at night, it’s ridiculously easy to start doubting everything. We kept asking ourselves: Is this mechanic actually interesting? Is anyone going to play this? Seeing them break down our time-stopped subway mystery—and specifically call out mechanics we almost scra”
“I've been working on Hoops GM for so long, and now it has been a week since the launch. I received a lot of backlash in the previous post due to an IP lawsuit, as well as a lot of praise from people. The launch has been a MASSIVE success with now over 5000 visits to the game and an average of 50 new members everyday. now i am very confident that this project will go very far and i am very happy about it! THANK YOU to everyone who has checked it out, left a comment, or played a season.”
